Bad staff taking more than 12 hours duty and forcing the SECURITY GUARDS for doing overtime

To be honest about this security they pay very less salary and treat the security as dog, as per my experience working about an year, many people of my batch left due to over severe rules no off, no increment in salary, if u are trying to join this security think 100 times before joining, here's the twist the owner or the director isn't the problem the field officer or the lower rank are the problem creating a very uncomfortable situation, and lastly they take your original paper which means you are stuck min 1 year regretting joining the job

Waste experience nobody join this company they are fraud not understand problems.if you join this company you will be stuck for 2.5 years.they also take your original document if you ask to take back then you have to pay money from your pocket. 24 hours Duty Pay salary 13000 only No weekly off no Festivals Off, no extra off Pay. Very bad experience 2.5 years Duty but not enriching salary.

Pathetic security. People working haven't been trained. Very arrogant and non cooperative staff. Who misbehave without cause. My recent experience was at kailash building new delhi.
