Very less option in perfumes and very expensive. They will show you the worst smell with the highest price which are above 10k, 15kplus, etc.and make you buy the most expensive ones. Don't buy anything from sephora. Nykaa is more reasonable and trustable. You will get choices in fragrances and also in ml too.

Very rude staff. If you even testing products and not buying anything they act like we are stealing things and they grouped around you keeping eye on you. And you will be uncomfortable and they will make you feel horrible.

Limited range of fragrances, whichever product I enquired about was unavailable. Could buy only one out of the 3 I intended to. Staff is not at all proactive or concerned about sales.

Extremely Unhelpful Staff. Had An Appointment At The Benefit Brow Bar, The First Day I Went They Made Me Wait For The Particular Staff Who Does The Brows For Half An Hour And Then The Staff Came And Told Me Its Closed. (I Reached At 6.50 Staff 1 Told Me It Closes At 7.30, After Waiting For Half An Hour At 7.30 Staff 2 Comes And Tells Me It Got Closed At 7) Then She Told Me To Come The Next Day. I Reached The Next Day Way Before Closing Time And Then They Tell Me Both The Staffs For It Are On Off Today. Then Why The Hell Did They Tell Me To Come Again The Next Day? I Had To Make 40 Minutes Of Commute For The Appointment. Utterly Disappointed. You Expect Better From The Staff For Such A Big Brand

This particular store is in Select City walk mall. It's on the ground floor near entry C. I visited for Men's Fragrances. They don't have a lot of variety compared to Parcos or even Shoppers Stop matter of fact.

Had a wonderful experience! Staff is really helpful. Understood my needs and went out of the way to help. Would highly recommend Hazel. She took extra time explaining and choosing products for me and adding to her personal touch with a beautiful smile.

The store in itself is probably the biggest and has the best collection but the staff couldn't care less.

This store misleads customers, they have a display with an ‘old’ price and when you go to the counter to bill. They charge a ‘new’ price.

Very good collection, staff is helpful and they give you free samples with your purchase. I wish they had more brands though specially Giorgio Armani in make up section as I was looking to gift it to a lady I know on her birthday.
Perfume section is very good too, has Dior and Tom Ford line.

A one stop solution to all your beauty needs. But Sephora in India should launch more brands. They are many brands which are not available here but are available in all other countries.

The customer service girls don't respond after you step out of the store. Never buy from sephora saket outlet. Better brands are available in the market.
