On the name of warranty they cheat their customers first of all they will provide duplicate products and say will provide warranty for 3 months and later when you ask for that they will say Jo krna krlo change nhi hoga.complete gundagardi type non professionals without any manners.their products are fake and useless same as the fellows running shop are

This is not an authorised service centre

They would only provide you bills to prove their originality, other than that the materials fitted or changed for service are all duplicate copies for which they would charge a hefty amount

Is Asus Laptop after sales service good in India? Can you please rate it to 10?

It seems the answer was made to judge the Asus sales service in India and how would I rate it down?

The first thing is I did know Asus was not good in providing after-sales support. However, due to the low budget, I am bound to buy the cheapest i5–6th gen R558u two years back. Although I purchase it from the Authorized Asus partner here in my city. I am glad to have made a good choice.

After using the laptop for 8 months. One day the Laptop did not turn on and I have to find the other way around to inform the customer care of the issue.

They asked me if I want an onsite or offsite service. I choose the first one and after sharing the address, the service guy came to my house in less than 10 days and repaired it well.

Again, after 1 year my keyboard stopped working. Tried different things like installing the OS but it seems the hardware has got the fault.

Again filled a replacement for the product, in a similar manner complaint launched for onsite warranty and this time both my laptop hinge & Keyboard got replaced with a new one.

**My verdict**

I am more than happy with the Laptop as well as the support. No matter if it's a 3rd party or owned by Asus. The service guys did have knowledge about Laptop parts replacement and it seems they’re doing the

Long Wait time for hand to hand delivery.
Exeucatives are rude.
Don't care for customer.

It is okay, but if i talk about the service centre it doesn't look like that. Yes, I'm talking about the shop it doesn't look like the actual Service center or authorised service center, but according to them it is real.
Eventually, i m giving only 3 stars to the service centre for their service. It was just okay as like other normal shops.

Not a free Motorola service center it is only paid service center. For under warranty products customers may contact to ipick solution. This service center is paid service center and provide good fesility.

It is not an official Motorola service centre.
But there is an official service centre nearby (400 metres) from Subhash Nagar Metro Station.

Very poor service.
The manager was only interested in talking to his friends. Kept the customers waiting for 45 minutes.

It's combined service center of different brands. Also doesn't seems to be verified service center.

Fixed my phone but.
The place is about a half hour metro ride from C. P. (Rajiv Chowk) and then a less than 10 minute walk. Was told that the job would take 2-3 hours. It took more than 6. Very frustrating as I kept being told "just another few minutes". But the phone was fixed.

Staff is good.they charge out of warrenty moto phone 200 and lenovo phone 150
good and clean waiting area with good space.no.of members in staff is good which helps in solving problms fast and easy.

Confused people telling lies and taking customer as a begger. Customer delight is not known to them.
