We bought our sangeet gown from Shades and You. Our gown was made from scratch and completely according to our wish. Gautam showed us all the attires and personally helped with all queries till the delivery. We were highly satisfied with our outfit.

Totally irresponsible behaviour. They took 15 days for alterations. 2 time I had to go, still i had to wait for 45 minutes to get it done. After that they forgot to pack the belt with the dress.
We had to call 5 times to connect with the owner. After that I was told it's my mistake.
Unprofessional people.

The worst place to buy clothing apparel in West Delhi. The staff is very unprofessional and would never understand customer's choice and they will always try to impose their pathetic ideas in designing the product. Expect a delay of at least one month in getting your product from here because they never stick to the delivery dates and they keep pushing it from one date to another.

Was searching for a simple yet elegant ethnic outfit and my search ended here. I need to get most of such outfits customised to fit my height perfectly but wasn’t sure that I could get it done within a week. However, the management got the outfit made from scratch and delivered it a day earlier and its of perfect fit, with reasonable rates. Staff is very friendly and helpful and so is the owner. 10/10 would recommend.

I have seen many shops in Rajouri garden, But found this shop to be the best in collection, customer service and variety and they make dresses on order and which I think only they make! Too good I'm very happy

I bought 2 dresses from this shop an year ago when I visited Rajaouri garden & picked up fantastic dresses. It was appreciated by so many people. Later it was a lockdown time due to Covid19, in aug when I gave the order for my wedding lehga to Shades&You because due to my previous experience, I had faith that they are the one’s who can create something unique & wonderful even when the order taken online to Hemal ji, trust me till the time I received it, I had to admin I was little nervous.as I couldn’t visited the shop due to Covid!
But trust me guys I have received the pieces now.
And my wedding lehga is phenomenal.
I will recommend you all, if you are in Delhi or even in some other city you should go for this shop. They will standout exceptionally!

Out of all the showrooms in Rajouri Garden I had always preferred Shades because of its exquisite collection but this time I had a pathetic experience with them. Indeed the staff is very patient and cooperative but the owner is very very rude. I guess humility comes from humiliation but for the owner he is okay with his egocentric attitude. I don’t think he would mind losing a customer but I am sure I would never ever visit that place again

Nice variety of dresses and specially the customer service is great. We had a great shopping experience all thanks to Vicky, who was really helpful throughout the shopping process and helped us finalize the dresses.

Collection seems okayish but the staff is really rude here hence 1 star. It used to be a good store to shop previously but not anymore.

Got a dress custom made by them. The final product didn't look at all like the picture I showed them. The way they advertised it first was that you don't pay anything if you don't like the finished product. In fact, they refused to work on it till they I had paid for it fully. So, don't fall for that bogus claim. Might be OK for things off the rack but I'll never pay to have them make something.
