I was a very loyal customer of shakuntalam. I bought a suit on sale some years back. The piece turned out to be extremely bad and started shreading on its own. I took the suit back to the shop. I was shocked to see their response. Instead of listening to the problem they turned a blind eye. Refund or exchange is a separate issue, the staff manager was absolutely rude. Since then I hv never visited and prefer farida gupta, meena bazar.

The rudest salesmen i have ever seen. I was a loyal customer since many years but now for sometime now they have been behaving badly and they just want to force u to buy something expensive (So they can make commission) which is not even worth the price! Never coming back to a place where the customer is not made to feel comfortable and welcomed.
