I was admitted in hospital on 12.02.2024.overall my Experience in hospital is Extreme pathetic. No mechanism to solve patient problem.

Not recommended. Just like any other money sucking leach. Would have appreciated if they did the business ethically.

I went to Shanti Mukand hospital with a lot of pain in my neck region but all thanks to the hospitality of the Physiotherapy department Dr. Anuj and therapist Priya my has reduced a lot in a period of 10 days.

This hospital is very selfish, they don't think about patients they only want money, administration staff is so bad, even govt hospitals are much better than this hospital.

Sab staff bahut Acha Hai or bhut care krta Hai.jab bhi bulate Hai tab hi aa jate Hai or hmari sari preshani sunte Hai or usko solve karte Hai doctor se le kar house keeping staff sabhi bahut ache se bat karte

I am admitted under the medication of Dr. Vijay Mahajan in Shanti Mukand Hospital. I was having a severe breathing problem and high fever. Dr. Vijay Mahajan diagnosed me properly and gave me the medication. Sisters nurses took good care of me in giving me the medicines on time. Doc sahab visited me morning evening and monitored my vitals. Housekeeping is also giving their service on time. Food served is good healthy and on time. I had faced problem at the time of admission and that is the only thing that made me feel not so good about the Hospital, else everything is fine.

Shanti. Mukand. Hospital. Dr. Babita sheokand. Arora is. Very. Greedy Doctor.she force you to come on her private clinic. And the behaviour of doctor is not good. I recommend any other Dr instead of Dr babita.

It wud hav been a 5 * if i had not had a bad experience with one of the nurses 9f the hospital. The complaint was bought to the attention of head of maintenance Ms Meghna. I would like to thank all others staff for their professionalism and caring attitude.

Shanti mukand hospital se humara 20saal se rishta hai. Hum Dr. K. C Gupta, Dr. Aman Rohtagi aur ab ki baar Dr. Fatah Singh se treatment li hai. Shanti mukand hospital ke doctos jaise humare family doctors hai. Meri Bahu, Anju Gupta yahan admitted hai, aur Dr. Fatah Singh ke badhiya treatment se aaj unko bahut achha lag raha hai. I, Deepak Kumar is admitted in shanti mukand hospital. Dr. Aman Rohatgi is a very very nice, humble, soft spoken and a relief giving doctor. I had very severe loose motions, stomachache, vomiting and mild fever. With Dr. Aman Rohatgis medication I'm feeling very good today. Sisters Chanda, Deepali, Pooja and brothers Om prakash, Deepak and other duty doctos all took very good care of mine. Dietician also visited me everyday and gave healthy and food of my taste. All the staff members and services are excellent and im satisfied with shanti mukand hospital facilities Thank you management and it's team.

Dr. Fatah Singh has been taking good care of me. His treatment has given me the confidence of staying healthy and a better life ahead. He has been visiting me regularly morning and evening. His diagnosis and medication is very satisfying to me and my family. All the staff sister and duty doctors are taking good care of me and my health. We are satisfied with the stay here at Shanti mukand hospital.

My daughter Gopi Goel is in under treatment since 10 months from DR. ARUN GOEL. Now she is done with her both knee surgery and today she is getting discharged from the Shanti mukand hospital.

A few days ago my uncle underwent critical surgery at SMH, a nice experience in terms of doctors, nurses, and supporting staff. It has good staff in customer caring division also. Charges are very balanced, billing accurately, overall good experience.

Good hospital in east Delhi which is known for it's good care.pocket friendly hospital with all the facilities under one roof. Hospital staff is very cooperative and generous.

I am extremely thankful to SMH for giving my father back. He was admitted in SMH ICU a few days back. The care they provided was none lesser than my home. All the nurse staff was friendly and the doctors were well qualified. My experience with the hospital was really good.

A few years back my father has undergone knee replacement surgery at SMH and the treatment was excellent. I do not understand how people are facing bad experiences in this hospital. I feel that the treatment is worth the money. Some of my friends also get treated in SMH and they all are satisfied with the treatment in the hospital. The hospital is very clean. Maintainance is very good. There is a diet consultant for the specific needs of a patient.

I visited SMH with my father who was suffering from chest pain. Doctors were very much responsive and they were immediate in action once we reached there. All the facilities were great with clean hospital and hygiene. Finally, my father is completely alright now. Thanks to SMH.

I recently had cataracts removed from both eyes from SMH. I’m thrilled with the results. For the first time since I was twelve, I can see perfectly at any distance. I am glasses-free except for sunglasses. I’m loving my new eyes and have been telling my friends about my surgery at SMH. What a gift!

I was admitted to SMH due to stomach pain for two days.one day admitted in an isolation ward with stomach medicines and second day in 4 bed sharing ward. Doctors and nurses treated me so well and I was happy with what treatment received during my hospitalization of two days

My uncle went to SMH last night. He went through some emergency treatment over there, SMH emergency department is equipped with all the latest medical equipment, the on-duty staff is very good, well-trained nurses. Overall, very nice experience.

SMH is very hygienic also the staff is very good and corporative. The doctors are good and the cafeteria is awesome for the family members, they get good food at a reasonable rate, Overall it’s a very good hospital.

My experience at SMH was good as the staff was very helpful and kind. I too like the surroundings of the hospital as it was really clean and hygienic. I also like the facilities during this pandemic and also the precautions did by this hospital to me.

Last week I went ICU department of SMH to meet one of my friend’s father. The hospital was good. Especially, holding all the latest medical technology. Doctors are also very supportive, trained nursing staff. Nice experience with that hospital, can suggest to my near & dear.

I was getting the treatment of intestine obstruction problem under Dr. Aman Rohatgi. Doctor's treatement was excellent. All the facilities available were good. Nurses were good and polite. Need improvement in cleaning facility timings.

I didn't even wanted to give it 1 star. Worst medical treatment. Only cares to make money. Money is all that matters to them.

Terribly bad services in Emergency panel.
Doctor do not know how to treat patients.
They do not check the patients.
Everyone is in sleeping mode in the emergency room. Nurse and ward boy are singing songs in front of the patient and talking their personal stuff. Too much disturbance and noise in Emergency panel.
Pathetic hospital. Never recommended.

I have come with my mother for her knee replacement and i am so satisfied with the hospital, every person start from the cleaning guy, helper, nurses to each and every doctors from all the department to the senior levels. All are very helpful, patience and understandable, They treat patient like family and i highly recommened this Hospital to each and everyone regarding any issue

Worst hospital experienced ever. Don't waste your money and time with your patient at this hospital.

Overall experience is disgusting here my patient is on cancer department and the behavior of doctor and reception girls are really so bad only single person Name Sweta show some good behavior rather then doctors going to meeting when patient is so serious in front of us. And some staff nurses even don't know how to put a injection on veins I hope they read this and show some respect to the patient and behave like a humans not like animals

Our overall experience with the hospital is excellent. We are from rohini at a far distance. Before surgery we were doubtful regarding facilities of hospital but all our doubt cleared after getting this excellent hospitality.our doctor dr shekhar Shrivastava is a miracle of God to us. His entire team specially dr Tajinder pal is very polite and guided us personally. This hospital is blessed of having a doctor like Shekhar Shrivastava. Thnx alot to all.

Here promoters of a company come here at OPD timing and promote their product nor security guard neither doctor stop them. The doctor also say to them to bring more products.

Very Poor try to call multiple time but no response coming. They are just forwarding the calls & call disconnect automatically.

I am also doing 2 yare job in cardiac department. It's very fantastic hospital. Good Doctor and technician and all staf.

Recently my niece was diagnosed with dengue.and we consulted with Dr. A P Dubey sir. Her condition was so critical that time as her platelets count were decreasing continuously. But sir I don't have enough words for you, you are so skilled, compassionate and the best. You have been treated her without admitting her in the hospital to save her from further infections.you not only treated her but also pacified my & my family's anxiety due to low blood count.now within a week she recovered totally.you are a very gifted doctor. I would like to express my deep sense of gratitude for your kind concern and support. I wish the best of everything to you.

Non co operative staff, poor services, poor nurses, poor tpa and billing department. They don't bother about replying.
If you are good in multiple follow up its a perfect place for you.

Neat and clean environment of hospital doctors' nurses staff ward boys all are very courteous and caring towards patient.
