Never ever buy shape crunch sole. It is worst than local market sole. It is a indirect way to hospital to make fool. Charges are too high. Worst quality.

Got insoles made for my flat feel and found out that the technology they use is outdated and a big sham, their insoles are made with guess work and zero precision. I have had insoles made from other companies which are far superior in quality and work much better. They have polite and well meaning staff but their product is substandard and ineffective. Best to avoid them.

I have flat foot and got insoles from shapecrunch. Fully satisfied with the product after using it. Used other brands also those are not worth it.

I purchased footwear for Bunion problem. These are amazing and are very comfortable. I have ordered one more pair with different color

I have been using their insoles for many years. They have helped me in managing my flat foot/plantar fascitis issues quite well. The newer method to capture the measurements and the materials they are using are simply superb.

I purchased medical arch support sandals from shapecrunch, it's fit is good, but i would appreciate a little more of arch support height for flat feet/ fallen arches. The sandals are quite comfortable as they come with adjustable straps.

Don’t purchase shape crunch insoles. They are making fool, app is also useless. I am suffering more after use of shape crunch insole. They will not listen you and even donot care for customers.

I was suffering from acute Plantar Fasciitis for many years and was not able to manage without sleepers and that too with great difficulty. Came to know about SHAPECRUNCH from internet only and came in touch with them. Based on their assessment of my underfoot conditions, they recommended customized sleepers with extra padding in the more painful areas. I have been using the sleeper for nearly 3 months now and am very comfortable in walking with them. I don't feel any pain with the sleepers on and thus able to increase my mobility. The slippers are very lightweight and thus easily manageable.

I had backpain, the physio suggested to go with Shapecrunch slippers as I had some foot related issues. I had ordered slippers from shapecruch through their authorised service provider from Chennai (Karlos Physio). This was done after extended analysis of my walk, foot etc. Initially it was great and my back pain vanished after 15 days of usage but the real issue is with the product durability, it is a complete disappointment.

The first set of slippers worn out within 2 months and when I contacted them they replaced it (had to go through huge logistical issues from their end, they couldnt pickup and were always giving wrong promises). Then the replacement product also didn't last for more than 3 months, now I have completely lost hope. Not even pursuing for a replacement.

If you look at the slippers they have worn out exactly based on my foot arch support, which was supposed to be neutralised by the slippers. (The first set of slippers didn't have this issue, only the replacement had this issue)

This is meant for people who sit at home and not for an active life style, I would suggest that they seriously look at increasing the durability of the product as for 4700 INR its not worth it.

I even recommended this product to my friends and now the only thing let for me to do is to apologize to them

Using the products of shape crunch for last 4 years for my 13 year old daughter. The result is very good. She is having flat feet.

I have flatfoot but after using their slippers and insoles, i dont have pain anymore as long as i am using the slippers or insoles. Recommended product.
