It is supposed to be office of Facebook to address complaints to Facebook.
But all you will find is a Dropbox where you can drop complaint.
My poor rating is because of it being front office of Facebook without being actual office. I got no idea about their law firm and maybe they are good in their job as lawyers.
Government of India made it mandatory for companies to have local office in India so that consumers can approach their office of they have any complaint regarding any service.
But Facebook seems to circumvent it by hiring a law agency to work as show office.
Amazed to find that big company like Facebook can not afford to have it's own office and staff in India.

Had the privilege of working with Ila Kapoor, Surabhi and Mrinali from SAM. They are very capable and thorough professionals.
