Very poor service in store.
When you go to buy a bike, you make a lot of promises. After buying a bike, they don't even talk to anyone politely. And services of bike are not good.

Very bad service centre i did my first service of bike the adviser giving some extra charge in my first service I denied that I didn't need this and didn't washed properly very the condition of bike looking very dirty I'm not satisfied with this centre very bad service centre

Worst service ever. My husband bought hero glamour xtech last year. It's been one year now and they claim that they provide free service for one year. But there are no such free service they always charge something from you on the name of this thing is not covered in the service. Everytime they asked you to leave your bike for 5-6 days and after that they even charge from you for the parking that they don't tell you in the beginning. If you'll go to claim insurance also they don't even help you to claim your insurance. Worst experience ever. Don't go for Sharma automobiles to shop.

Check two times before buying any bike or scooter from there.

Service is not good.they charge high as compared to another service center.even they didn't wash the bike properly.if a have a right to in less than one star. I was definitely given.

The service is very bad or they don't even have manners to talk or their rating is so bad even the hero people don't say anything to the service center people, it is good that the outsiders do the service or they don't even have the manners to talk

All staff is very good but bill krne wali madam ka behaviour pasand nhi aaya bada rudely bat krti h

Very unprofessional and unskilled mechanic. This was first service of my scooter it is malfunctioned after their service. I would recommend not to go there

Very pathetic service I can say I am literally frustrated with the service thos service centre this is been un tolerating for me i just paid before one month a bill of rupee 1790 /- on dated 26/09/2022 and till today the result is a big zero today 28/10/2022 my hero bick is creating issue only in one month if it's possible. I could give less then one star

Experienced workers but they charged very much even for very small things they trying to fool people for Normal service it is ok if there is any big problem not recommended to go to Sharma automobile

They charged 3300 for normal service of my two Wheeler. It's better to service your bike outside.

They only focus on money not servicing.and they take over price from the Market price. I noticed that when I service my scooty from this side in next day new problem rised up.

Worst service center I have ever seen, they only focus on making bill. Go there only if you have to through your hard earned money in waste.

They made a bill of 8k and still new problem occur when I took back my bike from service center (same day).

- On/Off light was not working. (which was working when given for SC)
- After paying 8k bill when I took my bike for Pollution he told me bike service is not done properly.because pollution was 7 which suppose to be under 2-3.
- hunk front fork oil leakage.

Never visit this SC.

Break sound problem & shocker sounds problem In last three service but not solution in all of service. Same problem

The tottle cheat on prices of everything ordered no. Plate from HSRP for rs 400 for which the are asking me 700

Staff is not good and not supporting costumer treatment like a joy not with. Clear treatment like honest so I suggest treat costumer like God

I am very disappointed with them they just know how to take out the money customers pocket and they don't work as thet take money whenever I got service from there every time I am facing so many little problems

ShowRoom service: Service is Not Good showroom employee take 100 rupees extra for insurance renew And also saying take a action against showroom

I was there permanent customer but there services are worst than the hell.idk why here you have to give one star if I have option I would close their branch in a minute.the problems are not even one
First - they don't have a wifi or good software the customer have to wait for hours to let there 19's computer start then there slow network will come and till the it will take only 2 hours after that
There place if dumpyard has a duplicate than that is Sharma automobile

Staff seems busy everytime. It was just okay behaviour from their service team. When you will go for service you need to make sure to do only basic service they tried to sell worthless product/service everytime. If you will clearly say no only they will respond otherwise sometime they used to say that you agreed for the service.

Koi phone tak receive nahi karta aur to aur koi staff thik se demand bhi nahi sunta aur jawab kuch aur de deta hai

Bad showroom and services, just like a rationa shop this showroom is, would not advice you to visit

बहुत ही अच्छा है हीरो मोटर साइकिल का शोरूम और Sharma JI और उनके कर्मचारी का व्यवहार भी बहुत अच्छा लगा और पानी और पेशाब घर का बहुत अच्छा इंतजाम है और बैठाने के लिए पंखा और टीवी का बहुत अच्छा इंतजाम है बहुत अच्छा लगा जय भोले बाबा की

Very much crowded, no one to listen and most importantly mechanics are not technical. They can't even rectify the small problems in vehicle which can be easily found by a local mechanic.

Very bad experience today because i waiting for bike service after then complete service take washing time 1: 30hrs. I force to supervisor then give 1: 30hrs.

I give star bcoz it is lowest otherwise i will give zero. Their service is worst i have ever faced in my life. They don't even change the oil during service. No cleaning no work or bikes. After there service my bike run 2 hour then fault again. After 10 times service my bike is still having problem. Please don't go for it. Never.

Worst service center hero ever appointed. Genuine parts available for hero motorbikes. That's the good point although

They try to make fool of customers.plz before taking delivery check whether they done the work for which they charge amount because they charge amount for the services and dont done their job properly.worst services.i never suggest you. No one attend the customer.sometimes dealy in servicing of vehicles.if i can rate 0 i can do that

Like every service centre, they ignore your basic problems and if you ask to repair anything they'll get it changed and you'll receive a nice bill
