Nice shop is located at the main road of sulabh you can find it very easily. Customer service was great there was a offer going on lens + frame at ₹1880 so i purchased it. It was looking good on me.

The worst optician ever seen. It was my bad time who forced me to this optician. I ordered new glasses people you will not believe they made me run for 3 months aprox as spects were not getting adjust the numerous complaints but all in vain. Once they they increased power at level where I was unable to wear spects at all. They were not able to understand the concern with spects later they realised that centre padding was out bcoz of which glass centre was going out bcoz of which customer was unable to use. Can you just imagine a shop with aprox 20 years of experience still these people don't know where is problem. Once the payment was given still the customer have any xyz work or any help require in future they stopped accepting calls and even don't reply back. This is not the end 1 month back I called as my frame break and require repair I called this optician and spoked to Aishwarya sales person if they can fix it hand to hand. The irresponsible staff after knowing frame is in two pieces and it requires immediate attention these people were least bothered to call back bcoz of which I have to fix a low quality frame bcoz of whatever available that also break. I bought frames from Lenakart called them if they can fix it the person picked phone denied to tell name however said come we will fix it. When I reached the owner of shop denied to look as don't have clamps to fix frame these shameless people did not tried even what best can be done however ask customer to come again from vasant kunj to get it fix till then they will get clamps available. So can you see what service they give to their customers. When I forced for help them suddenly clamps came out and they charged 200/- for repairing and still frame is going upside down. The optician with years of experience even don't know how to fix frames. It was their mistake wherein the customer have to buy frames from outside. What if customer buys frames from them then what they gonna say to customer that fitting charges will be SEPARATE. The shameless and irresponsible optician I ever came across in my life. I will advice people to go to VISION OPTICIAN just opposite to it they give best service. It was my mistake who went to irresponsible and shameless people.
