Worst experience. They spoiled our function, even though while paying we were very clear that we have a family function on the same night when they were suppose to deliver the clothes. They committed to deliver the clothes by 1pm and we were at their shop till 6pm. We had our function in Rishikesh which would take 5 hrs of drive and still they were not at all concerned about anything and kept on telling us to wait. Eventually we have missed our brother’s engagement ceremony because of these people’s unprofessionalism.
I strongly recommend not to visit them, they’re just concerned about their sales and won’t give a single damn to your time. Pathetic shop and extremely horrifying experience.

Sardar ji is very rude don't have good behaviour and he call there customer lal pari on the mic when they don't buy clothes "never buy anything from here"

Customer satisfaction is 0, they might offer you very less prizes but on the time of delivery they treat you exactly opposite to what they treated you on the day of finalizing the product.

They are Cheaters, They change the cloth and color. At the time of bookings they show different stuff and when you take the delivery they put cheapest material. They never attach cloth sample with booking slip.

They show you good quality clothes and after order it they use very cheap clothes. And in starting they told you too high price but after too much bargain they less almost 60 percent money

Disgusting place they really don't care what customers are getting even after giving the measurements my suit was 5 inches loose and they kept me waiting for the entire day and to be honest even after waiting for the entire day they didn't even given the rite things

Don't buy any kind of clothes there.
You can get clothes there on average price but quality and colour of clothes which you will select during the time of purchase. You can get. If you complain about clothes problem like fitting issue, colour changed or changed quality of clothes. They are not listening, just try to say I'm looking for your problem. But actually they are not doing anything.
Big problem after take proper measurements but they provide you unfitted clothes.

Want to waste ur valuable time and money, go there happily.

Most pathetic shop one can ever rely upon. We have ordered outfits 15 days ago and even after reaching there, we have confirmed that wheather is it ready or not. In reply, they said yes but they have no clue wheather it has been started to prepare or not. I made a very big mistake trusting them and giving them 100% full payment at the time of order. After 4 days of consecutive visits and waiting for long hours middle of wedding functions at home, we got uncompleted dresses without proper fittings, embroidery for what we have paid extra.
I seriously don't recommend that nyone should even walk into this shop. They gonna ruin your events.

Third class owner.we buy atleast 11 or 12 suits at the time of purchase they said the shirt is compulsory and it cost ₹1000.and when in the last suit when they are unable to give the same shirt they said we will deduct only 500.or will send when available.third class servuce.ao many customer troubling there as well.but they just ignore.i gave one star but they are not even for that as well.and all those who are giving them 5 star or 4 star most of them are with them.the review again and agian to improve star ratings

Worst experience with this shop First, they take your order and give you a delivery date. But don't take ownership of delivering your dress on time. And when you call them, they ask you to send a bill and say hi. But don't expect any response from them. I booked my dress on December 25th, and the delivery date was January 5th. Today is January 18th, but still, whenever I call, they say the same thing: "Send a bill or send hi. " We will inform you in an hour, but that hour will never come on their clock. So I'm strongly saying don't purchase anything from there. Beware of cheapsters.

After sales service is very poor. They will traet you for the first time. After that you need to follow up with sales person, owner etc.

Worst shop in karol bagh. All selling persons including owner are lier, cheater and money minded.
I liked a suit but that time they don't have my size so they said we will stitch it as per your measurements. I insist them to take half payment after delivery but they force me to give full payment on booking day itself. They accept only UPI or cash mode. They said 12 % extra will be applicable if I pay through card. One more fraud is they don't provide any bill or receipt for the suit, they just give their visiting card and write 5 pc suit with price on back of it. They gave me delivery date after one week but on delivery date suit was not ready. I called them many times but they have not received or cut the call. After too many attempts they msged me that suit is ready. Finally I went there after 2 weeks. I was surprised. The suit design was changed and they just said thoda sa hi to change h chalta h. And fittings and finishing was also not good. When I ask owner to refund my money he said payment ho gya ab kuch ni ho skta. Apne suit customise kraya h isme Hamari koi responsibility ni h. Aap dekh lo is suit ka apko kya krna h. It was very bad experience and waste of money and time.

Worst ever.
We purchased sherwani and they gave the delivery date as 10 of month and when we called them, they never pick the call even after 50 trials and once they pick the call, they keep us on hold after 100 or more trials.
And said your order will be ready by 20th means 10 more days.
Worst ever.don't ever believe on them and never purchased anything from there.

Amazing shop located in Karol bagh, they have a wide range of cloth options and styles. The customer service is good and the workers are very polite.

One of the best place I've seen, very friendly staff and even the owner itself is very hardworking this is a must visit place for anyone who wants to purchase ethenic wear.

Pathetic service

Pathetic service, avoid headache and burning your money. The owner doesn't care about your suit or dresses. Avoid at all cost.

I am very disappointed from them booked a dress on 27th march they told me to collect the same on 4th april, i called them today but they say they don't provide delivery on weekends or monday, as they are not giving order to customer on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
If you are a job class person then don't buy from them because job class person don't have time to collect it in weekdays as per shopper convince.
I understand they may have rush on weekends but they should arrange some alternative to provide delivery as these are pre-paid orders.

No response off suit make completion. Never giving timeliness when it will be done. One pays and then continously coordinate for delivery. Not worthy for booking suits order

Hey customers plz be aware of online fraud someone started their insta id with this mall name when I asked for detail the fraud gave me the adress if this mall and after I made payment they blocked me and deleted the id so plz be aware

Above average quality of sherwani at affordable prices. But one thing I learnt from the salesmen of this shop was that they completely changed their attitude once you pay the amount. At the time of delivery, they will be like, 'itne mein yhi milega'.
Very humble while selling, and suddenly became rude unfriendly at the time of delivery. Don't want to quote anybody's name, but could just advice the owners to make them change their attitude.

Owner and Staff were policy and friendly,
Got Nice clothing in good price (Bargained Politely).

Happy with shopping with them, surely visit again.

1. Quality of fabric is very bad.
2. Staff is not good at all.
3. Staff Management is poor.
4. Charged higher amount than quality of the product
5. Owner & Staff are cheap.

The suits are moderately expensive but they don't provide proper fittings on orders and the provide cheap quality accessories like button and broaches. The clothes don't have much finish that make it look great or good

It offers a good wedding collection for both male and female. Range n price is not too much. I like it.

Poor fitting, inexperienced tailors, tailors cannot address fitting issues. Had to get my suit restitched for 2000 extra from outside.

Don't go there, if you want to save your hard earned money. They will ruined your entire function. I have purchased approx 50000 clothes. The size and fittings are useless. Also they commit you till you swap your credit card after the payment they will ignore your issues. Bunch of crooked sardar fooling public.

Got my clothes for my sister's marriage. Fittings was good. But would recommend you to bargain firmly, they will tell you a random price but by bargaining you can get a good deal.

If you are good negotiator then Karol Bagh market is recommended and in karol bagh market one can find best variety of Shaadi Shopping like sherwani, Suits (They keep all set), lahanga and other at Shehnai. Shop owner Harvinder is good guy and will help you with all available options. We bought sherwani and find best service with best product in category. Tricky part is negotiation so be focused.

Variety of wedding clothes at cheap prices. Some of the outfits are really good. You only need to identify these. Nice place.
