The food gave my friend diahhrea.the water they served was dirty, also the glass was dirty the next time. Food tasted nice.but.wouldnt reccomend this place.:)
This place served everything with authentic Japanese flavours. Well prepared food. Loved the Miso Ramen, Spicy Ramen, Chicken Wontons hut the highlight for me was Bang Bang Shrimp. Good sitting, good atmosphere but I still think this place was a bit pricey.
FRADULENT CARD ACTIVITIES. ACCIDENTALLY LEFT MY CREDIT CARD THERE, THEY SWIPED IT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND TRIED TRANSACTION OF MONEY. CHEAT. FRAUD. SCAMSTER. The manager is Vinod Singh who isn’t available. The guy on duty Rajesh is trying to cover up this incidence by lying through his teeth telling me this happened because the card was lying below the card machine unattended. PATHETIC. SHAMEFUL.
Mediocre ramen. For 770+, the miso chicken ramen was just not worth it. Only its broth was good. Dry and bland chicken, the softboiled egg was hardboiled, the noodles are too thick, scallions missing. No other veggies in it, had to request bokchoy. It was an expensive unenjoyable bowl of chicken noodle soup. Definitely not ramen. Go to Guppy or Mensho Tokyo instead.
One of the finest authentic japanese restaurant in Delhi. The food was a bit pricey but overall it was really worth the price. Selmon Pop Uzamaki and Katsu Curry Don was a treat.
Shibuya serves authentic and delicious Asian cuisine. We tried Tom yum soup, 2 mkcktails, dimsum, Korean fried chicken, sushi, prawn pad thai noodles etc. Korean fried chicken is just mind-blowing. Pad Thai noodles was also superb. All foodies should at least try their food once.
So this place must have been nice earlier but then the quality and quantity of food for the price does not do justice. The pros: 1 Beautiful place and I prefer the closed in balcony sitting space. 2 Service was okay but our food was served much later than others but I usually don't mind this. 3 Water efficient rest room Cons 1 The online menu is misleading as most of the items (which we saw online and wanted to try) were not there. 2 Food was below average and lacked flavour. My Prawn Pad Thai was clumpy. Think of it as Maggi noodles that have been left out for a bit too long and the noodles stick to each other. The Shibuya Braised Pork was so un-inspired. There were 4 thick slices of braised pork but 3 halves of shitake mushroom and a single leaf of bok choy and some noodles. The broth that should have held this dish together fails terribly. It tasted like there were no parts of the ingredients together before the bowl in which it was served. Just slightly better than plain water. Disappointed with the experience but they're probably still recovering from the pandemic as their other floor is closed and many items are missing from the online menu (on Eazydiner so not their fault there). Hence, changing the review from 2* to 3
Went here for date night to have some lovely Japanese food. We planned to have a proper meal so started first with the appetizers. Ordered sushi - asparagus and tempura. Surprisingly the sushi was hot. I have had sushi at places but it is always below room temperature. Something was not so nice about it. We ordered a portion of Veg Gyoza dumplings (couldn't click photo since we were very hungry) which took time to come. First of all they were very oily. Also the filling was not flavorful. After this experience we decided to move to some other restaurants to have the main course.
Its not accessible, as its being said here. Yes it does have a lift, but what catch you can see is there are around 6 stairs before the lift, i wasn't told about this not even by any of there managers on call. For someone who is on a wheelchair or a walking stick that Cannot climb cannot go here to enjoy amazing food they have to offer, its a request to remove its wheelchair friendly. I especially went there took an hour journey only to find out i just cannot enter the restaurant, only to hear "sorry mam" and these guys not doing anything about it.
Great food and even better staff. The Sushi's are great. The bang bang shrimp and Siracha poke bowl were really really good. Stir fried mushroom was not very great.
Love the chill ambience here in the late afternoon- there was nobody else so it was intimate and relaxed.
Service was great and food was very tasty. Our waiter Kamal was unobtrusive and professional.
The price is a little on the higher side, but it's worth it for the beautifully made food and the view. If you're vegan like us, you'll enjoy the black pepper tofu gravy, hawker style veg noodles, and exotic mushrooms in chilli sauce.
Would recommend this place for a laid back day-time date.
The place looks pretty and clean however the food was far from authentic. Their Korean chicken had none of the Korean flavours and the ramen was not made with ingredients typically used in Japanese ramen noodles like nori or green onions, instead it had a tomato based broth. Their Pad Thai was the worse, it smelled very strongly of eggs and it was barely seasoned. Lastly even though the restaurant was completely empty when we entered, the service was still quite slow.
I have been to Shalom before too. However today we experienced extremely rude behaviour from their staff. We asked for table on the terrace and they refused even when tables were Empty. It was 8.45 pm and they can’t be holding reservations when they have to take last order at 9. Strange. They were serving sheesha and when we asked they refused. Quote from one or the waiters - we shut down at 9.30 and even though the Order to close is at 10 we take 30 min to clean the kitchen etc Information that we really didn’t ask for. While leaving the waiter on first floor mentioned it’s open till 10. I mean in service industry how are they still being rude for no reason.
This place serves awesome Japanese food and the ambiance is cozy for a lazy dinner on the first floor or party at the 2nd floor. Do try there Pho (soup) and Cream Cheese Dimsums.
The best new Asian place in GK2 and possibly South Delhi! Great service, delicious food.and wonderfully unique flavours too. Call ahead on the weekends, though they'll usually fit you in within 10 minutes of you getting there. Can't wait to head back! Great bowls, stir frys and appetizers as well.
Fantastic dunplings and precisely mixed cocktails. Delightful service in a nicely decorated setting. Shibuya rendered one of my best Asian restaurants experiences.
I know I'm late, by 9 months, but hey if something holds true even after the hype has died down then it's bound to be awesome, right? Right. And that's just the experience I had at Shibuya. Right from the pleasant doormen to the friendly staff and most importantly the food. However I kid you not but their L. I. T is seriously lit. We had three pitchers between 6 pax and here I am at 12: 30pm on Sunday still in bed with a slight hangover.
I didn't get around taking pics of everything we ordered but if you're just gonna go by these pics, then be prepared to be blown away by the foodgasm that'll follow. Wow.gotta watch those over used innuendos.
We frequent Shibuya for its excellent cuisine, refined menus and perfect palate consistency. We have never had a bad experience, ever! The staff are attentive, polite and eager to please. The service is seamless. Simi Kohli deserves kudos for managing this amazingly & efficiently. Special mention - Manager Mahesh who goes beyond his duties to afford a fabulous experience everytime. It's truly a pleasure dining there. Our absolute favorite. Thanks Anamika for recommending this. Sangeeta Anand
Mediocre food. I would be hard pressed to call it authentic Japanese food. Nice ambience, staff needs to be more familiar with the sake they are serving, the only thing that saved me was my prior knowledge of the sakes served. They are many better places in Delhi to get authentic Japanese food.
The food quality was average; I got an extremely hard boiled egg in my Ramen even though the menu clearly said soft boiled, the salad I ordered had a hair in it and the tempura was really oily. It's not very bad, but there are other places which have better quality for more reasonable prices
The place has a terrible selection of wine - there was just one! The food is ok but they have strange logic in not serving main course in the lounge! So you are to pick up your drinks and go down, provided there is a table, to eat! Really weird rules for the establishment that runs the lounge and the restaurant! So make up your mind at 8 pm what you want to do - listen to music and drink or eat because you can't do both!
Simply amazing. We went inside and got a casual and urban feel, and the furnishings were perfectly suited for a food and bar type restruant. The location is fine, I have no issue with that either. But what is most important is the food. Nearly all the food we ordered was superb. Wd experienced a perfect sushi; the perfect blend of creativity, freshness and contrast. The dim sums were aesthetically and pleasing and their wild and creative style with the dim sums match with careful selection of the ingredients. Other main dishes and appetisers were amazing and they've put good effort in their seafood and chicken dishes and they have good flavoring sauces and spices with careful selection of fresh seafood. In conclusion, I think that are a amazing creative East Asian restruant and would rival, if not better then town hall, a respected and highly rated East Asian restruant. Overall, I think this restruant is one of, if not the best, restruant in Delhi
