It had to go down to delhi 4 times just to get medical fitness. I did my test from Helix and got normal reports whereas when done at them will always get some other values. Waste of time even if u go early morning or afternoon u will receive your reports only after 5pm. Had to ask staff repeatedly about your report they will only check once u put pressure on them. Very rude staff not interested in taking feedbacks from the personal. Justifying your actions is another way. But not informing the personal on time abt their medical is another. Knowing the fact that reports were normal yet was asked again to come back to the clinic. I have wasted hell lot of time at this medical centre. These guys have already caused enough to break off my career.

Time west yaha per jaldi aane ka koi fayda nahi yah per sabhi bhaiyo ko 12: 00 clock aana chahiye kyoki yaha jaldi aane per bhi aap ke evening ke 07: 00 clock to hone hi hai ho sake to company ko bol kar kahi or dg approvad madical centre mai madical karvana chahiye

Very bad service, they take forever to provide report and have to wait forever for test to be happening. Staff is cluless when asked any query.

I don't know why the ratings were so low. All the stuffs were friendly and exceptional, Dr Kunwar was so calm. Thank you shiny Medical Center.

Be glad that ratings aren't allowed in negative. Sitting since 9 in the morning tests done by 10: 30 but there's no godamn doctor to give medical it's been 5 hours since and there's still no light on how many long hours I'll have to sit in this abominable place to get a simple medical. If someone's company is in contact with this clinic be advised there are a lot of other good options out there to look out for.

I had issued with my eye sight.
And the doctor told me that you need to do eye surgery.
However, main point is i saw lot of candidates they wore spectacles and the doctor cleared their medical report.
I must say this is not a good lab.
As, they are doing difference with candidate PARAMOUNT IS best PlZ FIRST CHECK THE SHINY REVIEW.
U LOSS MONEY TIME AND LOT OF HASSLE.

When I was told to come here. I was bit nervous by reading all the negative reviews but I went there and got the reports by 3 PM. Process is fast in building 1 but it becomes slow in building 2 but all went good. Doctors were very helpful and explained all the reports.

The Worst medical center worst medical staff unprofessional entire working staff guys named prakash and ranjan they dont know what is going on and what to do they will make you wait entire day if you have any medical questions regarding your medicals i dont know why shipping companies choose this circus center for their medicals, wish i could give no stars 1 star is also too much for them and what to say of dr. Kanwar no words for him!

Everything went very well. Everyone was very cooperative and helpful. Reached at 11 am.and received reports at 5PM. Dont go for negative comments. If you are good with your health, you will not have any issues.

Yes, for sure, they will ask you for the treatment if you are unfit for duty because the medical facilities have responsibilities to provide FIT crewmembers to the company.

Keep the whole day for medical because They have lots of crewmembers to complete their medical, so keep patience and relax,

The best part they have a coffee machine for the crew.

This is very very bad medical center in my whole seafarer life, all doctors and other staff like reception behaviour is very bad, if someone ask me to come here again, I will never came. From my side the rating of this center -5 out of 5.

I personally really love the service which i got in medical center. Staff are very helpful and professional with their work. I personally thank mr balshine kanwar to help me in a last moment with the documents. The service are very fast and the medical center is also clean. All over i really love the service over there.

Pathetic service. Nobody what to do here. Staff are wondering what is next to do. Waiting time is super long. You come here at 9am and go home at 5 or 6pm. Don't come if you can, go somewhere else. Shiny Medical Centre is not systematic or organized. You go here and always wait for long long time. Mine check-up was done 11: 30am and reports comes at 5pm. Beware

Extremely slow service, I came here at 10: 30 am and even till 5: 30 pm I didn't get my results, the tests were done on time but they take their own sweet time to give the reports.

It is a very good facility, they have clean and neat atmosphere and everything is done with pure intention.

I visited 16/09/2021 and I highly recommend to people must visit here. Excellent service and very supportive Employees. Special thanks to Dr. Kanwar very professional Doctor. All over I feel very good Experience. Huge thanks to Dr. Kanwar and team. And also thanks to Airborne Mumbai.

Worst service ever seen in this medical centre.there is no time limit they call you at morning and no one response clearly

I feel bad when a person does a medical from their clinic they should keep the records directly they said it’s a old so we don’t have today on these new generation you don’t need to keep in a book shelf just you need to keep on I cloud or mail so when you press name of person it will show record but they don’t have feel bad company are sending us for medical on these place

It's a good for dg approved medical examination.all staff is polite I seen lots for top companies crew are coming here for medical. I spent here 10: 30 to 3: 30 for my medical.

I called for appointment what they answered very rudely. That's y i recommend don't go this kind of place for medical better go some other medical centre.

Would like to thank all staff, Doctors, overall team of Shiny medical Centre, at reception and other staff doing small errands.
I observed place is clean, waiting lounge have good facilities like water and coffee.
They attend and do medical procedures in timely and efficient manner.
Many thanks to Doctor Haque, Doctor Tanwar who very patiently guides, advice in courteous and professional manner.
Overall experience at Shiny Medical Center was excellent.

Dr here are very rude, greedy mainly, they lack care its worst centre to visit avoid, do get second opinion from other dr always if you come here

Unprofessional staff worst medical centre I have seen ever. Plz don't do your medical from there. All Unprofessional and uneducated people sitting there.

The quacks there calling themselves doctors need therapy.

Pathetic place for medical i have ever been to. No management at all no social distancing no covid guidelines have been followed here.
They will make you wait for whole day for medical and their process of examination is so improper.

Takes forever here. Get ready to spend whole day here even if you come for a simple blood test.

All people working here are super professional they are fast and very efficient on the work it will take some time but everything will be done on the same day which is great that you don’t have to come back again another day to get your report and see the doctor. Dr.convert is very polite and friendly. I did my medical second time here and I’m happy with the service I am a crewmember from Carnival Cruise Line. Thank you!

Worst place for Medical, they don't know anything they just want to reject you. Very worst management and they are frauds, and they will even charge you extra for some false tests. This place needs to be shut please someone put grievance on dg website. They are very rude.

Fraud. This clinic should be blacklisted. They take advantage of the patient's situation, they make fake reports and declare patient's unfit just to make money from extra tests.

Clean environment, good doctor and staff. Its one of the best medical centers for mariners in the city. Would definitely come back.

Worst ever experience not first time, everytime same. Unprofessional staff and lazy people around. 1.5 hrs medical took 8-10 hrs, even if u reach here at 9 AM. Doctor is experienced and a good human being. Over crowded place, they have to book limited appointments to release appointee on time.

Worst public dealing and customer experience they keep you waiting for a long time. Staff is very rude and treats as if we are their servants.we don't have any other choice for medical exam as it is prescribed by the institutes and companies.

Too much unorganised. Too much waiting. Too much harrassment. People don't know what you are supposed to do and what not. They doesn't have a simple checklist to tell you that what checks are left to do. They should close their clinic.
