Fake company, Worst service, Buyer said she didn't received the shipment, we asked for POD, Shiprocket provided blank audio and said it was OTP based delivery while Buyer is saying that she didn't received any OTP & didn't shared with anyone. They also rejected our delivery dispute without any proper resolution while we have provided enough proof.

They file fake weight disputes and will also resolve them in couriers side only. They have money settlement with courier for these weight disputes.

Worst platform ever used. No one is there here to resolve your issues.no one answers your emails, not even Mr. Ankit Gupta (VP). Worst customer service.they just repeat 2-3 sentences without even understanding the issue.worst contact Manager Mr. Prashant, just does nothing, only gives excuses. Will never recommend anyone to use this platform. Your business will suffer a lot if you rely on this platform.

I have given single star because post option is disabled, after selecting 1 star post option is enabled.there is no proper customer care support and mainly i want to share my recent delivery story with respect to delivery person - i got message that my parcel will be delivered today along with delivery person phone number - i tried multiple times but the number was switched off for the whole day, at last i received on message that "i was not available in my home and unable contact in my number" hence the delivery will be done on another day - but i was in my home the whole day along with my phone is on - meanwhile i tried to reach customer care but no solution - at last i directly visited their Warehouse partner GATI and got my parcel.

My company name is Printedheart.
I request they shiprocket.
That transfer my Wallet balance (Rs. 54000/-) into my bank account.from past 4 month. And whenever i request them the send a message me your shipment are on open stage. In this November-2021. I request them 6 time. They create tickets and close ticket in 2 day. Without solving this problem.
If my shipment are on open stage then whenever you give me? Or your courier partner are lost then give me refund.
And solve this problem.
I personally request everyone who read this message don't work with shiprocket Never.
There all delivery is late then they give us time. More than 50%.
So kindly not work with shiprocket

Might be the worst courier aggregator till date. No Proper Customer Support, No control over their courier partners.

No action taken even if you call and raise complaints with their customer support team

Their Senior Customer Dept is way worst than the juniors, no proper responses, false commitments and provides false information.
Going forward with Shiprocket will make you lose your hard earned customer loyalty and provides you with bad delivery feedback.

I have multiple Ticket ID's raised with them, some over 10 days old, still no proper feedback given in the end after following up the customer and their customer support team continuously all they have to say is we will provide your freight refund.

Not sure if i am Shiprocket's Client or they are mine.

Hope the Top Management tries to rectify this or this might turn out to be a huge loss for the company.

Overall my 30 Days of association made me increase my Blood Pressure every single day

Fraud company. Biggest fraud they are doing.

Customer care have no resolution.

They are allowing adding money in your wallet when your account is temporarily blocked and saying return back only once your account is unblock.

This type of fraud they are doing.

Your services really very disappointed, please dont use it. This is in regarding the awb 4857614135725, our office closed by 5 pm and your courier boy came for pickup at 7: 30, he asked the otp for rescheduing the pickup, and i specially requested him to pickup the shipment by 5pm on 1 oct, but when i call him on 1 oct he refused to pickup the shipment and said he dont have a time for pickup and now you are sending the message that you resolved the manifest 251, can you tell me what solution you provide evertime, we face this problem everytime and you dont provide and you dont provide solution of any problem we solve it by ourself, from your side you never provide any solution, you always provide only one thing i.e please wait for 24 hours and it never end, if you really provide the solution then please makebsure our shipment picked up by 2 oct by 2 pm, because today office closed by 2 pm. We recharge the wallet with 10000, and we dont have any option to transfer this amount to our wallet. Please be careful to work with them, because 8f you any problem regarding pickup or delivery you have to solve it youself they dont provide and solution they only gave you 24 hrs time. In digital world how much time it will take to action or send a email. Can email deliver within 24 hrs.if email takes 24 hrs then whats the use of digitalizatiion, when we send a email or money, it only takes 5 m inutes, but shiprocket send a pickup request to courier company it take a 24 hrs to deliver what a joke the said everytime, they make a customer fool. Even they dont provide respective courier partners number to you.

I got a random call recording as POD against this AWB no. SF140942771KR which is fake as the conversation are between 2 random people, and this POD method is not mentioned on website. PODs I got so far are either signature or opt thing. I have been raising complaints against this issue since September 4th. I want my refund ASAP. According to shadowfax hub incharge the delivery guy took 83 parcel and ran away and you guys have closed the case saying its delivered

No value of time money and customer. Just making fake promises on calls. All facilities are given to courier partners. They have right to pickup exception, even though the parcel is lying on my shop from last two days. Their all reviews are fake.

We ordered snacks on Jagdish Farsan, Order delivered today. All the items inside are opened and eaten by your courier guys and kept empty packets inside and repacked.
Very poor service and very bad behavior from courier personnels.

We know you are the aggregator only and cannot do anything.

Worst customer support! Packages are over charged for unrealistic weights. No customer care representative is affirm with the company rules instead they threaten stating "it was your choice to work with us". Everyday there are new terms made as per their own terms. Return packages which are still in transit are over charged. These packages are packed by the courier companies, not us. Yet we are asked to either send pictures of the packages (still in transit) or pay 10x amount. Horrible service.

Horrible shipment company. My package was reached in my locality from 2 days but they’re not delivering it to me. I tried calling their executive but Nobody is responding my calls or mails. I even got my delivery code 2 days ago but their delivery guy is not delivering the package to me and they are not taking any action. Worst service ever. Also their delivery executives are very rude.

Worst service ever. First time used and having very bad experience. If you really don't want to suffer about your courier, than don't go through this company. You can directly go with DTDC, bluedart or professional courier.
They take your package and will not deliver ontime and when you call they themself can not tell when package will deliver. Specially don't send any urgent package through this company.

Why are you pretending to provide any courier service when actually you cant? You cant even arrange single pickup at the correct time. It always take minimum 3 days and 20 complaints to get a single pickup done. Please take my advice, stop fooling customers and discontinue your platform rightaway.

Worst customer support. We run an online store trying to reach the customer support No reply. It is been 4 days of struggle and we are loosing our business everyday.

The worst courier service providers in India. They have lost my courier not once but this is the third time and have no answer ever about where my courier is. All they do is ask me to wait and after 5 days of continuously calling them to check where my courier is from the 6th day they have started cutting my calls.

They never have any answer and have caused huge monetary losses and have effected the reputation of my business majorly. Not reliable or trustworthy at all.

The best thing to happen during lockdown. Pick up from home at affordable prices. Once the delhivery is closed for individuals, was really worried, but shiprocket came at a rescue. Nice interface and easy to configure your label printer as well.welldone shiprocket

Terrible experience with Shiprocket and terrible customer service!
I run my own small business and I have delivered 74 parcels with Shiprocket until now. But one of my recent parcels received by my buyer was damaged. I have attached photos: 2 photos of Pre-shipping which shows how neatly my package was packed with double protection and 2 photos of how my customer received it with oil patches on it. The outer box, sponge, main hamper box and product inside had oil patches. I raised a complaint in less than 3 hrs and as asked by the executive I shared the images with them on email immediately and I expected some kind of monetary refund which I can provide to my customer for receiving damaged parcel. After 2 days of complaint when I called them to check the status, I was told that their team needs an unboxing video. My customer received a package which was sticky and who in the whole world would shoot a video of opening the parcel, that too the outer box and who would keep such sticky box with themselves. I communicated the same that my customer do not have that video. I again called after 4 days and I spent around an hour with customer care executives trying to hear some solution. They said that they cannot investigate based on the very clear 6 photos that I shared with them. They were only asking for videos and guess what, this time they added one more video, now they magically require 2 videos - Packing video before shipping and unboxing video. It takes 30 minutes to pack the Complete hamper, why would someone shoot the video of packing all the parcels that they have to send? And why would someone shoot video of unboxing it? And they said that without video, they cannot do anything. Aren't the very clear proofs of damaged parcel enough? I here demand for a proof from your side to verify that you didn't damage the parcel if you're asking for such impractical proofs. I here demand for some solution and for some good service. But I am really disappointed with what I faced. I have Shipped using Shiprocket 74 times, but now I'm not going to do it anymore if this is what I'll get in return when I need some solution. And in the end, I had to provide my customer with monetary refund, because atleast I cannot keep my customer Disappointed and I do value my customers unlike Shiprocket!

Please provide some practical solutions and demand for some practical proofs from your customers.

Shiprocket is Like Chinese Products "Chal gya to chand tak nahi to sham tak", I really really hate when Pickup get delays, Customer Support can only give you shantuna Because they have no control over their Courier Partners. Made So many shipment and Canceled equally because of 4-5 Days late pickups.

Very poor service, They take 6 days to pick up the propduct from sellers end. Delivery in 10 days even in emergency items. No customer support, they takes time whenever you call, their magical words always "Please provide us 24 hours' that never come.

I run a small business on Instagram by the name @a.hundredthings. I shipped out one order wherein the box I had was too small to put in two bags so I used two separate boxes to pack it. However, I was sure to put the address label on both the boxes and I had taped them together very neatly. Only one of those boxes reached my customer. It has been over a month and these people have driven me up the wall. I have had 40 if not more, email exchanges with them. I have called the customer support people 10 times. I have asked for their Managers number several times and yet there has been no help from their side. All they do is re send the same automated emails time and time again. I am literally so sick of them. I have sent them videos of both packaging and unboxing, as well as two to three pictures to help support my claim. Yet they continue to behave like this and only respond through automated emails. Even if you call them, the support staff is awfully impatient and rude. One of them literally cut the call as I was explaining the issue and the other pretended to not hear me when I asked for the managers number. Terrible terrible experience. Will not use shiprocket myself and would not recommend it to anyone else either.
I am a small business and this has already put a dent in my pocket but these people only care about minting their own money. Honestly, I wish I could give them zero stars.

Due to the confusion in the mode of payment, the package got delayed, but i rescheduled the delivery for the next day after sorting out the confusion of payment directly with seller.
But the tracking shipment page developed a snag, and now the package is late by 2 days, and when i mailed them my problem, their was no response.
Hence, the seller & buyer (me) both are facing problem.
Ps their is no helpline / grievances no.where i can talk to one of them and get my problem sorted out.
