Shishu Sadan Multi Speciality Children’s Hospital

Rooms are clean. I admitted my daughter, semi pvt ward charges are 3500 per day (2500 bed + 1000 doctor visiting charges).

A good NABH hospital with majority of insurance empanelled. Aal specialist in peads are on call. Our baby have been in NICU for two days.very satisfied with the overall treatment and cleanliness on Ground floor NICU and PICU area. Need to thanks Sister Vandan who was there in NICU who is very helpful and understanding.
Besides, front office service is not good! Specially in the night. People sitting are working as if they are working in a govt hospital.
My daughter received treatment under Dr Vinamra Manocha and Dr. Manocha is very good dr. Recognised the issues soon after looking at baby and treated accordingly.
Good: Treatment and care and cleanliness in medical areas.

Bad: front office service. Bad customer service experience.

I will rate 2, i had some issue with Anesthesiologist just before my delivery he was shouting at me just right before when i was on surgery table.i so hate his unprofessionalism.as a doc you must check patient file (medical history)

Money minded hospital, I went and asked for dislexia related doctor or any Refrence, counter lady asked for 700₹. Doctor kept on discussing about fever which was minor and we never asked for fever, we went there for something else and didn't any resolution. Worst doctor and hospital, don't go there completely money minded people.

If you are thinking about going to this hospital, then please don't go. I am writing this because my daughter was hospitalized in this hospital and their treatment was not Ok. Just to make money they will force you to go for MRI test which is not required. Instead of going to this hospital please visit Mata channan Devi hospital.

Worst hospital for children even. If you want to save your kid, please refer to some other hospital except this. They made a case of normal dehydration into kidney infection and brain fever. The doctors don't know what they are doing. They perform random tests, took sample from kid's spine and even then they were not able to conclude. Even before the results of tests came, they started random treatment for ex.they gave brain fever medicines to the kid even though it was a normal dehydration case. They asked the mother to leave and kept the child in their custody even it is not at all suggested to separate a mother from kid. Finally when we confronted the doctors and they admitted that they cannot handle the case and they have made it worse. We got the kid admitted to RR and within few days, the kid was totally fine. The hospital is just a money making centre. Don't ever go this hospital if you want your kid to survive.

It was nice experience there. Staff was too good and cooperative.
They made us feel like home. Nice cleanliness and proper care.

Disgusting place, uneducated doctors risking lives of small kids.
Please do not ever visit this hospital for your children

I am just scared to visit the hospital after rereading so many negative reviews.one after another. They should really improve their things otherwise they will loose their patients

I feel better nd tension free after 1st visit in your hospital sishu sadan. 24 hours availablity
2 days back I was called (2.30am midnight) to the hospital's helpline number regarding LF100 baby milk power. Someone attend my call & transfer the call to chemist & confirm the availablity of product.
My nephew is good condition after checkup from sishu sadan.

Worst hospital ever, money minded doctors with no treatment. My daughter had motions and she was very restless. The pediatrician did not even touch her and simply said get hee hospitalized. Dr Ravinder Yadav was the one who attended and literally scared us to hell. Later I took her to ddu govt hospital and through and said she is fine and seems stomach infection. Doctor yadav claimed she would take 5 days to recover which was not easy to digest. Receptionist was also a great robber, his name was Abhishek who suggested to change my baby diaper in the washroom which was totally untidy. If you don't love your children then please consider this hospital.

Worst hospital for babies, small rooms with poor services and charging lot for such bad services.

They make money rather than doing their jobs.

Not at all satisfied with facilities at hospital. They have one person to do all the stuff from cleaning the room to changing clothes of baby. Highly unsatisfied with the services provided. Nurses are very rude, they don't know how to behave with patient's family. I do not recommend this hospital.

Very bad experience with the doctors knowledge (Dr Santosh) and medication in tackling basic cold and cough of kids. There medicines will definitely not cure the disease in the initial 2-3 visits and even worse is they keep charging you fees for all the visits.
They lack knowledge and try different medicines on kids. I have experinced it more than once now.
These doctors have no moral values and respect for the novel profession.

I personally want to give 0 rating to Genesis hospital no matters how good it is. I have actually experienced the thing which I used to hear from others that majority of the hospitals are made just to make money, patients are the only source of income for them and yes Genesis seems one of them.

My son was not doing well just because of congestion and I was already working with other 2 doctors to keep a track of my son's health. When his diet went down we were advised to admit so that he can recover fast. I had a very good experience at shishu sadan (vikaspuri, new delhi) but unfortunately no beds were available and we were asked to either wait for 1-2 days (coz that was possible according to doctors) or get him admitted to some other hospital.

We went to so called Genesis hospital, I talked to receptionist and clearly told that we need to admit our son as his health was dropping, she went inside to meet Dr. Gaba and came back with a form to fill. I was about to fill 2nd column and thought of checking the room which they have and I was asked whether I have insurance or not and when I said yes she told that they want my son to admit in PICU (costing 8000/day) by reviewing patients condition based on prescription which I received from shishu sadan. I couldn't understand how can they judge without checking a patient. Our doctor also shocked to hear this and said that there is no need of PICU and later when I enquired, I came to know that there were no beds available that's why they thought of admitting him to PICU just to make some good profit.

Then after speaking with our doctor we took him to Sehgal Neo Hospital (Meera Bach, new delhi) to and came know that our son was absolutely fine, it's just his food intake went down and weight too coz of congestion which most of the children's face. His reports were close to normal as there was some infection due to congestion nothing else. He got the best treatment by the doctors and the staff was educated and supportive as well.

When it comes to rating and preference. I can surely recommend Shishu Sadan multispeciality or Sehgal Neo Hospital and can rate them atleast 3.8 to 4 out of 5 considering the service and personal experience.

Thank you doctors for doing a great work and we will still keep haiting money makers they don't have rights to be called as doctors.

Don’t go to this hospital if you love your child they scared you on the name of infection and other things and best part is they just want to make money.
They ask you to buy tape and gloves too and do you think so that a full roll of tape they are going to use on a single patient. Another tactics to make money. All these things are part of hospital supplies.

Again went to this hospital today as my child was crying too much in the middle of night. Dr. Vivek you are an arrogant rude person. I just asked him humbly "Doctor isn't these too many medicines for 2 months old baby" and he behaved very rudely saying "marzi ho to de dena dawaai" Totally rubbish doctor. Learn how to behave.

Shishu Sadan is one of the worst child care hospital. They are making money from patient. Recently my baby was admitted for I experienced one of the worth feeling of my life. Doctors are unprofessional. My child was under observation with Dr. Akash Sahdeva. He don't have any professional knowledge. He is broker/ agent of hospital. I would recommend not to visit this hospital in any condition.

Very big issue of communication no etiquettes at all they talk like talking to someone in a végétale market. At least try engaging good staff. If you are charging so much then quality should be there.

I got my baby delivered at this Hospital on 6 of January 2020. My doctor (Dr. Pratibha Gupta) has her clinic at Janakpuri but she does delivery here of their patients. This is how I came to this hospital. Though this hospital doesn't have good reviews & stars still I have given 5 stars because our over all experience be it pantry boy, Nurses, Regular visits of doctors even House keeping they let us feel that I am at one of my home. No restrictions on family members visit & no unnecessary bill, Hassle free TPA & Admission process. What I experienced, I wish everyone should go through the same feelings & request this Hospital to maintain it.

Poor services and environment no etiquette in staff, on selective medicine available, sell syringe for 10 rs that cost around 3.50-4 rs outside

My friend’s son udyan was admit here his father and me are working together although our claim processed on time and hospital charged some amount in cash for non pay.

We received his claim letter few days back in our office and surprised to see the overcharging in the bill as amount was deducted by our claim company. I think this hospital just wants to make money by any mean they charged us and also overcharged in the Bill but that company rejected the over and above amount which was around 4500.

I really appreciate doctors at shishu Sadan. My baby is very good now. I went Manipal hospital Dwarka, mcdh emergency but it did not work for me but finally shishu Sadan Janak Puri cured my baby from thypi. 7 days treatment happened at hospital so I am happy now and now rest 7 days will be at my homea as it takes 14 days to cure complety from typhi. Cost for 7 days was very low.

Hospital is good.all facilities are good.doctors and staff members are nice. I have not find any difficulty when my daughter was admitted. Food is also good.

My son got admitted there and they made a hefty bill for viral fever because of the insurance although company deducted the amount. Greedy and money minting minds. They want money and nothing else. That was my first and last visit. I was checking reviews before posting this and got to know about mishaps here so I search and see what I found

I visited this hospital this month only my son Aditya got admitted here for loose motion and dehydration I used my cashless card and you won’t believe they sent estimated treatment of Rs 72,000 can you believe it! I didn’t react as I wanted to get my son treated first.so greedy people worst hospital if you use your mediclaim they rip you off brutally.

When I search about the hospital then I came to know from other platform about their money making attitude and also came to know about few things like they are careless towards the patient and also case about medical negligence in case of a small girl. I am not going to visit this place never again, and if you love your child do the same.

My brother was looked after here as we are from London he was not well.
I wanted to ask about placement here for 4 weeks.

Don’t try to create stories if you think that it’s a fabricated one then think the way you want, and yes this is the first time I am hearing about harassing the management as everywhere only management harassed till date.

And I visited this hospital last month and not in November.
Don’t act frustrated May you will find peace in pathway.

I visited this place with my friend and frankly speaking I found this place very filthy before writing this review I was reading other reviews and found, that owner’s attitude is not good I mean if it’s a negative review they are going to ask you about patient name, telephone no. Etc and if it’s a positive one they are not going to ask anything.

Mine being a negative one, I would like to remind you that as per NABH (yours is also so called NABH ACCREDITED) there are few rights and responsibilities of patient and hospital employee and PRIVACY OF THE PATIENT IS ONE OF THEM

Second thing I noted that half of their reviews are fake as several ID are there that used for only one review. And hilarious thing is that they reviewed their hospital as 5 * by their own id “truly ironical”

Lack of basic attire and common sense, work in a very casual manner, I also found that being a Medical Insurance case they rip off you wel.

Went there for my daughter treatment they ask me to deposit Rs 600 on the counter for registration and then a doctor came he seems to be a junior one then I asked about some senior doctor they said that he is a senior one.
They charge same for every doctor whether it’s a junior one or senior one.
Afterwards I came to know that there was a discrepancy in my medicine bill sent to my insurance company. It was so disappointing about this hospital the senior doctor never visit and nursing staff is rude.
Please avoid this place if you love your child

It's a bestest best hospital for kid's take care and treatment also. Doctor's of Shishu Sadan are
also very good.

Nice hospital with every possible facility. Have integrated path labs and x ray centre. With a very child friendly atmosphere.

I am giving this review not being a patient’s attendant or relative. But as a person in general One of my friend was working in this hospital and the things she told me are not good. My friend told me about the employer policies and attitude which is just unacceptable for anyone. These includes following.
1.you cannot wear clothes of your choice.
2. You cannot take off accordingly.
3. You cannot eat together
4.you cannot keep phone
5.you cannot talk to your other friends
6. They can fire you whenever they want without notice
and list goes on and on….
An old arrogant lady looks after the administration and she dominates everyone and the way she talks is horrible and she always yells on the staff to maintain her domination you have to be nice to her otherwise you cannot survive there. Behavior and attitude of colleagues is not good they pass comment and make fun. Once I visited this hospital and one of the employee shared her problems with me that how it is difficult to work there but one has to manage so the same she is doing.

It is a very good hospital my you dear brother got admitted here. And recovered from hepatitis
