Mr. Shiv Kumar of Shiv Associates has coordinated selling our flat in Sarita Vihar (J 288) recently (September 2023). He coordinated all the activities from the beginning showing the apartment to the prospective buyers to finally getting the registration of the flat in the name of the new owners.

He has been very respectful and sincere in his efforts getting the job done. The processes were seamless and we did not have to wait for anything including all the documentation.

I strongly recommend him for any future buyers or sellers of the flat. At a relatively young age, he has been very cool and composed and took all the concerned stakeholders to be happy. I wish Shiv Associates and Shiv Kumar all the best.

If you are lookinf for a Flat shiv associates is wrong place. They quotes rent 10k more than its actual price.
Also if you take same flat from someone else at lower price they will call and abuse you.
His executive Rahul called me just to fight me and abuse me if I am getting something cheaper than what they are quoting why should I take from them.
His executive Rahul is calling me and trying to abuse me and threaten me.

Shiv is really good at his job. He is very adept at understanding the clients' requirements and always comes up with the best possible options available in the market. He has been a constant support throughout the process.

The broker is good but takes a huge brokrage and his college rakesh who lives in sarita vihar pocket b is not at all listens to the tennant he only listens to the landlord only
As a customer i dont prefer to go with this guy bcoz they have the rooms of the worst landlords in sarita vihar the landlords are not at all supportive they will pressurerize you to take the-services from them like washing clothes, food, room cleaning etc if you dont do it they tell you to vacate the room immediately if they tells you to go pocket b room 120 dont go at all as it will be your worst decision ever

1. They are genuine.
2. Good Nature and better options of flats if available with them.
3. Gives you updates on WhatsApp or does call if any new flats come to them.

These people are bunch of frauds, worthless dealers. Will quote way higher prices than the market. Won't pick calls on time. Won't show you flats properly. I wonder how they sustain on being soo dumb and ignorant. The main guy Shiv the central clown of this office, thinks every client is a fool and will keep on talking gibberish rather than finishing a deal. Even residents of G pocket don't prefer their services.

Very bad experience. Didn't pick up the calls and never respond back. Very unprofessional behavior.

Worst broker in the area as didn’t help at all when it came to settling the concern with landlord. Didn’t pick up phone/respond over WhatsApp and ultimately asked to resolve matter on own. Very unresponsive and irresponsible behaviour on part of the broker. Not professional at all, does not even keep the copy of agreement with him. Would strongly recommend/suggest to not use his services as he is only good till he gets his commission.

Mr Shiv is a very pleasant professional man. He not only understood what kind of apartment we wanted, but also understood our price bracket.
Renting out the apartment with Shiv associates was such a smooth process. Even after signing the agreement, he made sure we got the apartment as we liked, painted cleaned etc.
Even after shifting to the apartment he made sure if we are comfortable, how the society guard is, where do we park our car.
He also spoke to the RWA people for the parking! Really went out of his way! Thank you Mr Shiv! Your work ethics have really impressed us!
