Shivam Opticals

I am visiting this shop since many years and service is always satisfactory. Dolly mam always give right advice in any situation related to eye wear or lenses. I am using her prescribed lenses since 2 years and all thanks to her ki aj tak koi issue nahi aya hai lens wear me. She is very helpful and always available in need.

This is my third pair of specs from here. Good collection at affordable prices and superb service. Staff is very helpful especially the eye test ing doctor maam who is amazing and very cooperative.

I visited this shop with my mother for purchasing specs for her on sunday. After choosing the specs the counter person told me that they will surely handover the specs on thurday.
I visited at evening for collection but they said that the spec is ready and will deliver to my home.
Again on friday i visited the shop they again said the specs is ready and will shortly deliver the same to my home. I requested that it is a medical situation please deliver it now. But the same was also not done.
On sunday i again visited at 8 pm and they took 10 mins running here and there to arrange specs.
I probed their attitude and stated them that doctor has urgently adviced my mother to wear specs, and you had taken 1 week to deliver me specs. But to my shock they replied me that “this is not our problem”.
Further, it is worthy of probe under what circumstances Shivan opticals do not give satisfactory customer service and charges bills arbitrarily. Such shocking misdeeds of this shop leave consumer/purchaser with no faith in offline purcase of specs.
Highly disappointed

Good but I asked for zesis wrapper which they throw out, hence not able to authenticate, even they promise me to get the wrapper from company. Past experience was good, waiting for promise get fulfilled.
