Unprofessional team!

Products are good though.

I ordered some items for Holi and I paid them for what was showed to me. After taking payment they took a full day just to communicate what was in stock and what not. I wanted a specific item for which I bought the package and later they said its not in stock. They sent me things which are easily available in market which was not much exciting to me. Also, they keep telling that order was taken by some other girl and she is not available at the moment. I wasted my money for what was sent to me.

I am sure that this way I cannot book them for future decor events which I wanted to. May be they are good at selling items only. Not professional in handling events.

I am totally disappointed with this vendor.he is not fulfilling his commitment. We have booked him for decoration but he didn't come on time and spoil all our plan of decoration and even not return our money back. Never recommend to anyone

The service was warm and the staff was very polite. Decoration done was very personalised and made me feel great especially during these hard times. They were careful enough to sanitise themselves, their decorating goods and wore masks the entire time. Very reliable and responsible with their customers demands.
