And some staff is not helpful

Nice ambience as usual of shoppers stop whichever mall u go. This is quite bigger and accommodates all the Indian and foreign clothing brands for all ages and genders. U name any big brand and it will be there. Sale is presently on on all the apparel brands.

Their billing system and management is really inefficient.
However they were able to get even 3 stars only because of their sales staff!

Bought a Davidoff fragrance for a friend. The staff was courteous and helpful. Will definitely shop again.

All brands clothing, footwear and accessories at one place. Ground floor has makeup and footwear sections. 1st floor has women clothing and 2nd floor has men clothing. Stitching service is also there.

It was great experience here as it was very easy to find best things at best deals. All the brands at one place help saving time. There are all the best dress available of each brand and has good staff. The staff was friendly and the environment was hygienic. The songs were of good taste too. I like shoppers stop and come here very often as I could find any cloth type I want.

I like shoppers stop, but visiting today in the shoe store was more disappointing than any store experience. None of the staff members were interested in talking to us despite there being not many costumers. One of them was actually standing and picking his nose.

Excellent shopping centre with all brands under the single roof. It makes selection easy from among different brands. They also have their own point system give some kind of cashback.

Its a one stop station for all middle and upper income people. You have multiple choice and things for comparison.

I was given a gift card worth 1000 INR but when given for swiping it said no balance. I feel cheated by this whole incident. Very disappointed.

This 1 star only for employee facilities which is provide by shoppers stop vasant kunj. I saw there is 3-4 floor where staff going by stairs seriously. This is really torcher by company. They not allow to use lift also. Tell me one thing if someone felling not good or there alot of girls working and u know they are facing some natural problem every month how can they manage. I saw a girl she was not well and she literally crying just because of this. Shoppers guys pls show some humanity and arrange something for ur staff. They are the face of shoppers stop. Customer going shoppers only for staff good behaviour and well product knowledge but if they are facing problem how can u expect any good return from them. I humbly request to the shopper stop (vasant kunj) senior managment allow lift or something to ur brand staff or ur local staff.

It is good for people who can not move around all the brands. You will find all brands at one destination. There is no difference in price. So one can just visit this place and find their perfect product while comparing with other brands.

The newly relocated and reopened store is bigger and better than ever. You'll get all you fashion-related shopping here. A lot of brands here so, you don't need to go elsewhere, The staff is helpful. However, for payments, very few options available.
