Shopping Monster The T Shirt Store

I really wish i had option for negative stars, one of the worst experience with these people, i placed order for 4 tshirts which i was supposed to send outside India. After my repetitive follow ups their whats app number stopped responding and even stopped checking my messages.

I have asked to raise a refund request which i am sure they will take their own sweet time to tell me the process and no surprises that i wont be getting my refund.

Very Bad Experience Size Measurement is very poor stitching quality is very bad & printing quality very low. We ordered full of team t-shirt & when we geted my order the t-shirt look like children t-shirt. They don't know how is messurement of medium size from lenght.and also when we calling to customer support service they are continusuly proving correct to itself.

Order t shirts recently received msg out for delivery but guy from xpressbee surface didn’t try to attempt saying it might be fake courier and open delivery is not available.what should i take risk so i said I don’t want it.you guys need to change delivery option or start loosing you customers.

Purchased tshirt for an event. All the tshirts were of good quality and were stitched properly. Everyone who received the tshirt found out to be perfect and has praises for them.

Bad customer support Also The return pickup is not available. In this era where there are multiple competitors and those having very good returns, i dont know how will this company survive
