I bought this tv skywall 24inch led tv for 5299/-, for some reason i cancel this order i mean this product. As the price of this product was a little high so I canceled it but I see I called the customer care repeatedly to get this money back they said they will refund the money but it's been so long they are not refunding me and they are not listening to me my money Not refunding I have been waiting for a long time but they are not refunding my money please check.

Fake website. It's a scam. Customer service don't pick calls. Ate my friend's money and delivered nothing.

Pathetic service. I ordered a boat smartwatch and I don't think its a genuine product (the quality is bad). I tried to start the watch and battery is in worst condition, from 100 to 23 it goes in 45 mins. Send an email with details to the customer support within 2 hours of delivery but never got a response.
Also called customer support multiple times, and they are not giving an answer but just saying that wait for the reply from customer support.

ShopyVision cheats people. Ate my money and didn't send the item. They disconnect call over your mouth.

Ordered the product from Shopyvision, but received the seal broken box, when i asked for refund or replacement, No proper response from shopyvision.
Updates:
23-02-2023 - Sent mail stating the issue, 1. Box tampered (video proof attached), 2. Wrong model sent (attached the website link proof). Requested for Repacement or refund.
24-02-2023 - Still No reply from Shopy.

Ordered Sony WF 1000xm4 Silver color from Shopy vision and received it in brand new condition with decent packaging. The shipping was fast Delhivery courier. The price offered was of no match to other regular ecommerce websites. Big discount.
