Worsened my laptop.

My original keyboard had more problem after it was placed back.

The technician didn't understand the issue a d simply went to reolaor the laptop and took nearly two hours. The replaced keyboard did not solve the purpose as it was not backlit whoch I required.

After 2 hours he replaced the original keyboard upon my request but the issues was worsened.

Bad service.

I am very happy now, His conversation and behavior is very sweet and first time when I went then he understood me suggested me after that whatever sir said, I did and now my laptop problem is solved.
