I visited Dr. Easwaran on the very first day his practice reopened. I had copious & detailed instructions in advance (in both Hindi & English) advising me how to proceed, what to expect & what I must do from my side - pay in advance, have the Aroyga Setu app on my phone, wear a mask etc. On arrival, the guard politely asked us to stay in our car until the Doctor was ready. Our temperature was checked before being admitted to the building & our hands were sanitised. We walked up to the clinic - Doctor had even sent a message about trying to avoid the lift if possible. There was a protective curtain around the receptionist & also one around Dr. Easwaran. I felt totally safe - precautions were being taken & enforced.
No one likes surgeries and OTs. On one hand you are scared and on the other you only see figures covered from top to bottom in non fancy green dresses. Is it not calming to see a human standing next to you, talking to you and suggesting you how to pass your IDLE time during recovery period? That was Dr. Raju to me. In facf I was amazed to see him walking with me to the OT, made sure I was comfortable, told me jokes to lighten my mood, answered all my question and at the same time carried out the procedure. Most of the Doctors are known for their job but Dr Raju is not only great at his job, he is also great post and pre his job. He is always ears to all your injury related problems no matter what they are and when you have them. He has his the wonderful quality of getting the right thing done but the patient’s way. This was my first OT experience, and I told this to him to which he responded, “I will try and make it a less unpleasant one”. Indeed! Thanks, Dr. Raju, I cannot say that I will never be in an OT again but I will always wish for a Doctor like you. Have been visiting Dr. Raju Easwaran for the last 2 years for various issues. He listens to your problems with patience and suggest remedies according to patient's convenience. I got my acl tear. I consulted lots of doctor in delhi but i only feel mentally satisfied when i visited dr. Raju as he is very clear about his work. I am myself a orthopaedic surgeon and opted Dr. Raju for a shoulder pathology for my dad. He is not only a doctor par excellence but also a patient listener and wears a very charismatic personality. It's a breeze sitting and discussing your complaints with him. He makes u very comfortable. He offers the best possible treatment with evidence form recent literature's. I've known Dr. Eshwaran since 2015. He operated on my left shoulder to treat it's frequent and very painful slipping down from the socket.
He's got such a positive influence & vibrant aura, that half of patient's woes vanish while consulting him. Very graceful, very knowledgeable, very helpful and above all, very humble. He will go to any length to explain to his patients everything they wish/need to know about their ailments and their cure/treatment subsequently.
