I recently bought a featured smartphone for Rs3500 and was not able to search it on the web coz they have implanted network jamer and I had to bear a loss of Rs1500 since the same phone was available for Rs2000 on Flipkart.
I had a pathetic and unbearable experience at this shop and would have given negative rating if possible.

They said that they are authorised dealer for one plus but they are only fraud. They deleted my all data but dint tell me anything before taking the charges

I bought Nokia 5.1 from this store on 01.12.2018. I told them I normally purchase online but this time had not compared the prices online, nor was carrying mobile to check price instantaneously. I was willing to buy if they promised me the best price guarantee. They assured me that I will not get a better price anywhere else, offline or online. While paying, I repeated whether they were promising a price difference refund at least for the date of purchase, since I was trusting their guarantee without any price research. They repeated I won't get a better price anywhere else. Since I wasn't carrying any other handset, I went home, inserted sim in my newly purchased device and checked at Amazon, only to discover that I had been cheated big time. There was a price difference of a whopping 1000 RS. Their price 12300. Amazon price 11312. I called at their number but the owner simply evaded responsibility, satlyong I should talk to their salesmen who made the tall claims. When I went to the store, they made a complete u-turn and began to say that they had to necessarily sell for a higher price than online and no comparison was possible. Never ever felt so cheated at a retail store before. A whopping price difference and a complete turn around on their word the moment they extract money from your pocket. Big cheaters. Never ever go to them.
