There is no system and process, Staffs are clueless and do not co-operate, doctor never arrive on time and even making appointment is of no use.

As I visited to doctor MK Gupta in Sarita vihar, Delhi (Shri Ram medical centre) Dr MK Gupta is one of the best cardiologist in the area and very genuine doctor

Worst experience ever. I had booked an appointment for 12 pm and even then they made me wait for over 30 minutes. Staff is not coordinated, doctors are not bothered. Please do not consult from this place.

No proper management, staffs are very bad behaviour also doctor is not responding in timely and she is very rude.

Worst Doctor, Don't recommend this doctor to anyone.
Only money minded doctor. Dr MK Gupta is the worst doctor in Delhi NCR.
If you go with the problem of simple fever. He will charge you 8-9 thousand. They do unnecessary test.
After a month he will suggest you take consultation with hospital like apollo & Batra.
Don't waste your money.

My family have been taking medical services from this decent nursing home with good team under supervision of en experienced Dr MK Gupta, providing required medical treatment in emergency & other treatments.
