Very bad experience at Shree Ratnam, Preet Vihar. You can get good food but you will not get respect. Waiters misbehaved, I left the food midway due to misbehavior with the family. Everyone thinks of himself as the manager, the service is very late and the waiters come 1 time on 3 calls.
Good South Indian flavours. Love the Dosas. Rava Dosa, Masala Dosa, Spring Roll Dosa. Chettinad Dosa.naaa.didn't quite like that.
Service and ambiance is also pretty good.
Surprisingly the assorted Idli was however a Big disappointment for me though.i couldn't get any taste of the podi on top.just got the plain idli taste.
Chilli paneer was so so. Mysore masala dosa was good. Don't mistake Idli Podi (gunpowder idli) with fried gunpowder idli. It's good. Tastes better with Mysore chutney.
Prices are on a very higher side. Too much of salt in all the dosas we ordered. Incorrect billing and there is no one whom you can raise an issue. Pure waste of money.
Its a nice place just near by to Preet Vihar Metro. Food was good, also serviced fast. Though, slightly expensive then other still nice place to full tummy. Also have sufficient options in south indian.
If you like south Indian food and want to visit silent place then go ahead. When I visited last in November 2019, they had some water issue in toilet which was really annoying.
Pathatic place, food is not tasty at all, ambience is as if sitting in a canteen, too much noisy.better go t a canteen and not complain fr taste and price of a restraunt.
Awesome food. Had been to place repeatedly. Loved their garlic dosa with their green and red chutniez. Family dosa is nice recreation for family visit. Watch out for the drinks they offer on template, they are nowhere to what they looks like.
I loved the food served to me. I think this place have every options Like North Indian, Chinese, south indian, (specialist) and other starters like chaap.etc. In South Indian food liked more than Sagar ratna.
Located near Preet Vihar metro station, waking distance from there. Its basically a typical South Indian restaurant (although they have other food as well), they have lots of varieties of items to eat, with drinks like mango shake, n ice cream. Clean and hygiene place i can say. They can also organise kitty party here. I ordered one mini dili chaat (its too mini, like a small katori they served you) idli chaat is always awesome with small idlies dip into sweet curd, then vegetables cheese dosa (again i was awesome), normal dosa, mango shake (simple), and ice cream with fruits (not upto the mark, i was ok ok, just one scoop of ice cream with lots of fruits on it), they will provide you, samber, white chutney, red chutney and a green chutney, so overall its good deal for south India lovers. They must try. Price wise its a good deal. Must try.
The resturant food is really amazing. I have tried almost all the cuisines and south indian is my fav from that returant. Only one drawback Sambar is always cold. You always have to ask them to serve it hot.
Location - pretty good. Just beside Preet vihar metro station. Parking - tight but valet is available which is incredible. Ambience - Very noisy. We went on a Sunday evening maybe that's the reason but it was very loud. Service - Acceptable. Everything was readily available. Don't expect it to be warm but it fine.
Most important thing: Food - So-So. We were a big group and ordered all cuisines available. South Indian, North Indian, Mughlai, Chinese everything. Except noodles and red onion chutney rest were OKAY types. You can't complain about it but you'd have expected tgat they'd come up with something better.
All in all, I think I won't pay another visit before exploring other options nearby.
The food and the ambience was good. The service is on time and quick. I ordered vegetable chowmein, masala papad and spring rolls. They were delicious!
Nice food taste & service. Known for South Indian, but it's North indian taste is also appreciable - only avoid during weekend evening hours as it's busy period else u will always be comfortable to find seatings here
Tasty food pleasant ambience noisy environment but fast delivery of order, budgeted South Indian restaurants with lots of varieties to choose from with innovative dosa.
Nice place to have food with friends, family and the loved one.reasonable price. Good quantiy. Good taste.it is located near preet vihar vihar metro station on blue line. 1 min walk after getting down the metro station. I ordered a deluxe North Indian thali before 3.30 PM. It was awesome and worth it. Loved the dinings here. A must try place.
Nice restaurant, this is by far best Shri Rathnam I have ever visited, food quality and quantity both are satisfactory. Hotel staff is also well mannered and polite. Better to take taxi instead of your own car as they have hardle two to three car parking space.
