The ticket timing and the actual timing was very different. I got a text 2 am in the morning to reach at the bus stop at 3am whereas my scheduled bus was suppose to leave at 5am.

Bus staff not support customer, driver behivour not good, bus condition not good,

Horrible experience. I booked the trip from Udaipur to Delhi. The driver picked up passengers from the middle of the road. All of the labour class passengers slept in the bus floor and thus it was hard for us to get out from the bus. The drop-off point was also not correct as it was far away from our drop off location that we selected on online platform make my trip
