The Shrine Yatra tour was very enjoyable and the best was their driver Manish Bhai. He is very friendly and its my personal opinion that he is the best driver of this agency. I'll suggest to have more driver/friend like him. Plus he drives the way you want if you feel scared in those fearsome roads. And he is really cooperative.

Had my first tour (kedarnath) with him. The trip was smooth. I had an issue with one of the hotels in the package which he took care of. N number of calls i have made but he answered them all. The service and the people he provided further were of great help and has not charged anything extra. I recommend him. Hopefully soon will have another trip planned with him. Thank you Mukesh ji

We went trip in month end of august 2023, and it was great experience, the service was good and the hotels which were booked were too great and value for money. The staff was very responsive and was always just a call away if there was any concern.

I am writing this review because I see here some negative reviews when I search for a trip

I was travel via this agency I was call for late check-in issue and also hotel provide me very chip and unhigenic we are travel with my family mom and dad and we pay for a good hotel and traveling but they not provided us after that when I call she is talk rude and I don't know the person name they said on call "nhi hoga jo krna hai kr lena"

Finally completed Amarnath yatra.it was great experience. Thnks to shrine yatra for making this trip soo easy and tiredless with there services and all over package, from traveling to staying in hotel and all.

Very pleased and had a wonderful experience in our Chardham yatra trip organized by
"Shrine yatra" from 10/06/23 to 19/06/23. Our tour planner "shri Mukesh had done a great
job and special thanks to him for providing us with a well experienced tempo traveller
driver Mr. Subhash ji. Hotel, transportation and all amenities provided by "shrine yatra"
team at every destination were perfect. Mr. Mukesh was always available for help. Thanks
allot to our Planner "Shrine Yatra" and Driver Mr. Subhasj ji for making our Chardham Yatra
so memorable.
Hotel paradise inn at haridwar, Hotel paras palace at Barkot, hotel ganga darshan at
(maneri) Uttarkashi, hotel safrron at joshimath (excellent) & Hotel pacific at Shrinagar were
very Good Hotels, Behl Asharam at kedarnath little bit improvement in food quality and
services (they provided only 5 ltrs hot water for bath & demanded extra Rs. 150/- for extra 5
ltrs hot water.note: - please don`t recommended anyone to hotel SPT palace-1, poor quality of service.ones again very much thanks to "Mr. Mukesh" for wonderful co-operation.

I paid for a Yatra by Helicopter and I was given Yatra by a bus. I was asked to pay $420 toward the commission Shrine paid to PayPal. Will NOT trust Shrine and their Sub contractor Ojha Co.at all. Out entire group of 20 had the roughest time and they brought us back after the first day to make more profit. We were lied to that that Parikrama is closed when other groups continued their trekking

I had booked Amarnath yatra package with Shrine Yatra well in advance. I’d asked them questions about age limit cut off and confirmation about helicopter and they promised me on both the fronts. With guarantee form their side, they suggested I should also book flight tickets to Srinagar which I did. When the portal opened up for helicopter booking, they did not book tickets and did not even call me. When I called to check they said one of the passengers age is above the cut off (70 years). I then asked them to book for remaining passengers - then they said it all sold out and they could potentially try to get for later date. My flights to Srinagar were booked so changing them wasn’t an option without hefty cancellation fee. Overall, they should have been more informed and kept us posted and should have anticipated all these situations. That’s what I’d expect from tours agency otherwise I’d have booked by myself. They did refund the original booking amount but I am stuck with non refundable tickets to Srinagar and missed chance for Darshan. So I wouldn’t recommend them

I had Booked Holy Amarnath tour with them. Worst service! Their Staff Mukesh Jha is arrogant and speaks rudely. He gives fake commitments. Don't rely on them.

Strongly suggests not to book tours with them. U will be spoiling your holidays. They booked my Helicopter bookings for the wrong day. They hide the fact from me and first took the money before sharing the tickets. Even when u raise an issue with them, u only get a false promise. Highly disappointed, its better to do your bookings yourself than doing through them.

The organizers went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, arranging special darshans (worship rituals) upon our request.
On the second trip, we explored the vibrant city of Mumbai. The entire excursion was meticulously planned I wholeheartedly recommend Shrine Yatra to anyone seeking remarkable travel experiences. You will undoubtedly be delighted and have no regrets.and executed, leaving no room for worry. What impressed me most was the genuine care and concern shown by the organizers, who regularly checked in to ensure our well-being and safety.

Few days back we had booked a package for CHARDHAM with shrine Yatra. The.hotels arranged by shrine were excellent. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food provided in the hotels. The driver was very kind and friendly person and the services provided by him was excellent. Mr Mukesh and other Shrine Staff was available all the time whenever we contacted him. I will recommend Shrine Yatra to all my relatives and friends
