3rd class service by wd service centre customer care executive are very rude and the behaviour was very bad even the service center address was not available on online pls don't buy wd products. They really don't have any service center in Delhi. They are only collection center. And there customer care executive are fool's.

When visited found shop closed on working days even phone no supplied by WD is wrong

Very far & made me 2 times regularly visiting & not helping us making such excuses staff is not available or audit is going on as talking on video call with friends.very poor disgusting

Wrong phone number shared on Google, when I reach there they said for photostate of RMA sheet, while the mail was in my phone. An unknown person face too much difficulties to reach their service center, then they want a photostate, then what is the use of online complaint? They trouble the people, firstly give damaged product and when customer going to replace it, harass them. Don't purchase WD devices. When i called on customer care they said they will replace the device in 2 hrs when i going to service center now here they are saying they will post it after 10 days, then what is the use in am going there. They harass people they waste the time and money of customers. Very bad service.

I visited this place for my WD drive's RMA. The place was a bit difficult to find but after asking someone for directions, I spotted it instantly on the first floor. The RMA went smoothly. Points to remember while visiting -
1. The closing time on maps is 5 pm, whereas it actually turned out to be 6 pm.

2. Keep a hard-copy of your RMA approval. It'll be needed. A soft-copy won't be accepted.

I would suggest never purchase WD products. I have purchased SSD card and there was no good result and within six months it got damaged/corrupted. However, when visited to service center no proper response and no helpful. Also they are not taking calls. In the service centre they are not keeping products in the stock and taking much more time to deliver. Even if request generated there was no proper response so hectic process and response. After request generation they are not worry to keep products ready even after 4-5 days. In service center, always they are telling that only that they cannot help and Bangalore office will reply. This is totally dissatisfactory result. Never purchase the WD products.

Staff is not at all helpful.they don't even print out the RMA and instead ask you get it done from outside.
