I do not have a Honda bike, but I am giving this review for not available phone number. How someone can provide a number which is not available. It shows the casual attitude of service center.
I was purchased my bike 2021 and every time of service there is no complete work and employee only complete his target how many bike service done in day
The staff is not cordinating properly with customer. I met 2-3 sales girl person and everyone tell different price of bike. They staff name babita and manager also include in this matter.
Hy sir, mam. My brother scooter is no. DL9SBY9208 visit at nagloi branch shuban sai motors give me a tax invoice like a photo copy I m attached the invoice but not a mention a honda service center why I m paying any amount my vichel ID reported 25/07/2022 but is not resolved I m very angry
After sale poor service my elder brother in Honda dealership name is suban sai Honda in nagli vehicle no is 9208 therewas no responsibility person to take the answer that what u work with my vehicle in 15 days who work my vehicle in 15 days Who dealership that not given registerd bill at Honda dealership who the manager he can't answer me that which work in my vehicle in 15 days is was going at good condition now my vehicle is not start not working any wiring work why who can answer me
Average service like all other services centres. They also work without bill if you want to save your money. Its a plus point here or losses to company. I don't know
Lack of staff and taking to much time for service changes very high cost for Service and for making money adding so many unnecessary oils. Will never suggest to anyone. When I raised complaint they even don't have answer.
Satisfied with your valuable service but there are some short circuit in dealing at the payment counter but in spite of these your service is upto the mark.

The worst service center is inside Delhi. Suban Sai Honda, do not ever go for service on this, absolutely useless service center, all staff very bad, no one is of any use. Thief company
Worst service. They dont even know how to service.they give the bike to unauthorized mechanics. We can know that with the water service only. Not a trustworthy service center even they couldn’t repair minor things I would not recommend anyone to get their bikes servicing here. And finally cost also a bit high. And they also misguide the customer and no use of FSC code given by honda chutiya salle
Really impressed by the service. All staff are good and have very friendly nature. Got my 2-wheeler on time but a little late for servicing but afterall they are providing services at their best. Really impressive.
The staff is not prompt to the customers support. But mechanics are good the always tried their best for his job. There are no facility for customer hand sanitisation in the time of Covid 19. Staffs are not looking customer friendly need improvement in all aspects except mechanics.
I went for activa service on Sunday, they checked the scooty and said it will not be possible to give on same evening and asked to come monday morning.on monday work was not completed, so I went to service centre on tuesday around 12: 50pm, they said some small work and only washing is left.it’s 3: 25pm now and I have not got the scooty yet. No value of time.delay in everything.not a good place to get 2 wheeler servicing.
I wont recommend anyone to go over there and waste ur money and ur precious time.quality of service is pathetic employees are incorporative and rude behaviour behaves likes doing favour on us for free.poor hospitality.
