Even they have not arranged for parking for customer visit at showroom. At the road outside the showroom, A person has charged me as Rs. 60 for parking a car. Poor service

I serviced my Creta on 24th of August 2020. Due to COVID situation, I opted for home pick and drop facilities. Employees are professional and am satisfied with all the facilities provided by them.
Executive who picked and dropped my car (Mr. Abhishek) is very gentle and honest with a pleasant personality.

Satisfied with the service work also. I received a call from the station and explained all the services required for the car and the billing.

The best part is, I have received several mails and SMS thanking for choosing their service centre and requesting feedback of the service.

I visited Samara Hyundai (Mayapuri) last year and my experience was pathetic. Haven’t received any Kind of mail or SMS till now.

Keep up the good work Shuban Sai Hyundai.

It was good experiance with hyundai workshop staff.they were very cooperative and nicely suggestions given in favour of customer.

Don't expect them to keep their promise. There is a sales rep named Himanshu and he will avoid calls and msgs once u pay the booking amount. They will try to push a different model in comparison to what u like from catalog.

If you have to cancel the booking for their fault, they will make you wait for infinite time.

Very Bad experience. Staff is not Supporting to Costumer if you have facing any issue related vehicles or papper

first they will not give you car on time no matter what and when they do you will just keep on taking follow ups for Car number and fast tag and any promises they have made earlier
