Great experience on my first visit at Sicons the pet safari. Well behaved staff members. Nice and friendly environment for my pets. Want to visit again

My Tommy loves going to Sicons and me too. The newly build waiting lounge take good care of us and Tommy enjoys the SPA. Services are so good and they make it so easy for the pets. Value for money

I always trust Sicons for my pet. My golden is just like my son, i trust them with theo blindly they have good doctors like pratiksha and support like pushpanjali and shubham. You will never regret taking your furry baby here every. I know theo always be happy visiting them grooming top notch, treats and dog food always good quality, best beds with good rates. It's perfect. Keep the good work up you guys. Lots of hugs and kisses

Actually did not want to give a single star even. My 2 year old labra, was here for bathing and grooming services. We were told to leave there for 4 hours. We received a call after 3 hours approx to pick him. As soon as my husband dropped him and my daughter home, he was so so silent, which he is not at all usually. He seemed to be traumatized, did not have his evening snacks, his dinner. This was not all, he could not get up the next morning. Had to take him to doctor and doctor confirmed that he is traumatized and is having mild fever too. He did not react to anything for 2 days. I am really shocked, surprised and sad with such services. This is not once, he went there for the second time, last time also it was the same experience. I thought it was by chance. His legs were shivering, maybe he was kept standing for such long. He goes to other places also for the services but it is not the same there. He cried the night he was back.i am sure he was beaten up.

Well i appreciate the service they provide. The best pet shop have known.you should not give a second thought for visiting this place for your pets, The entire family of Sicons is also so helpful and make you feel like home

I was very satisfied to come here and it was good to see that here the dog is not kept like an animal but like a small child.

They beat up my dog. He cried for two days.
Wish there was a lower rating.
They made me sign an agreement earlier too, that injuries can occur. They said it's just procedure, turns out it's their license to hit your pits.
