Overall Company Is Good. But Salary is very less also My TL or Manager Behaviour is Very Unprofessional like they inly want you to come office no matter you dying or what. Also they don’t care about you even you are the best employee of The process!

The very worst qa, which is handling the process called money club as team leader (Karan tuli) also, Yelling at agents without listening to there problem he just doing partiality with the people who is not doing right with there colleagues.
So disappointed for me having a leader like this

For full time duty 9hours.
This is against of Delhi Law minimum wages are 16300/- in Delhi right now.

I have spent almost 6.3years in silaris joined as an team leader and left as an operation manager. In this 6yr taken three promotions which happens just because of my mentors Mr. Puneet bhutani and Anu singh mam. I really appreciate their efforts towards their junior collegue both always try to teach something new which really make sense and impact on your daily KPI. I have learnt everything from them only. Still and always both would be my mentor I must say.

Ceo-She is a fire lady. Good vibes and motivational she is. She takes care of each and every employee.

Coming to finance team, hero of that team is Mrm Abhinav tiwari. He is really a good human. He always supported me in any discrepancy of mine or my colleagues. He never said no always said will do it.

Admin team two diamond AMIT & PRIYA mam. Both are very cool I and really have good company with Priya mam she just treat like a child.
She shout but just from outside she is so pure and soft hearted person.
Can say Amit is pillor of admin team.

Coming to most important person they were our security guards all were very humble and really good in behaviour. Mine bond was very good with every one. Like I don't know everyone name but can say Aunty, Sunil, Shukla ji and many more all were cool.

IT team was really very cool team.everyone like Ravinder, rajat, nitin, Arun, Mohit, shyam and Rajesh sir.all were very supportive and fun loving guy. Going to miss them as well.

ISMS team Tanay/Vishal/Amit were very good and intelligent guy.got lots of support from him as well.

At last from HR team Arti Dogra and Sunita mam so supportive.

Worst company i have ever seen they made fake promises of incetives and money but gives not even the basic salary.
In terms of culture the company is not well too the seniors of the company are way more worst the real company i would love to be at home being jobless but ll not join silaris ever again in life.

Me gurgaon location me 14/06/2023 ko interview dene gya tha or mera selection ho gya mujhe offer letter bhi mil gaya but jab training me meri trenner pinki ma'am thi but me insurance ke bare me kuch jyda questions puch ne lga to mujhe mti issue bta kr nikal diya isse phle me policy bazaar me job krta tha wha kisi ne aaj tak mujhe is reason pr nhi roka

Good place for every person specially for girls. The atmosphere here is very good. At the time of training, everyone is also guided very well. It is also forbidden to stay here after 6: 30. Very good behavior with each employees Here the guards also do their job wellI have seen all this here myself

I left my 15 days salary because I don't want to work there anymore. It is not a company it is a kind of shop where employee is customer and manager and TL are worker of this shop. HR is that person who called every customer to come this shop and once customer get looted, HR get disappear.work in this shop is better then go to the jail. This shop is a private jail. Security guards are also feel like they are founder of this shop. Very shamefull. And washroom is like worst then sarkaari toilet. Messy toilet. No higiene. Very very poor. This shop doesn't deserve even a single star.
