An organization work hardly on the social issue leprosy and makes people live without any dependence.

Not the right place to work because -
1. Autocrat Board Members
2. Hypocrite CEO with unrelated work experience
3. No system no processes - poor work culture
4. Unhumanitarian and unethical work practices
5. Employees are considered as an asset - Use & throw
6. Employees are instantly fired without any notice, without reason, without discussion
7. Employees are afraid of Board & CEO to an extent that they have accepted slavery and can't raise any point openly as doing so leads to termination
