Good experience staff is cooperative, everyone should use simmitronics items good replacement support, not like scan disk replacement process

Please don't buy any simmtronics product, i purchase a ssd m. 2 512 pro from one the seller. The ssd is continuously showing BSOD error on boot, tried different laptop but the problem persist. Better to go with WD and pls buy that from good reputation store. First of all pls avoid any product from their end be it ssd and ram. I got scammed by them, my ssd is of no use now, same blue screen error each and every time. Janak Puri district center seller named PNB computers is selling their fake ssds at higher prices. PNB computers are cheaters. And simmtronics also.

Good service, they don't ask even a single question. And replace my ram.
You have to put some effort to find the place.
But their services are very good

They use SK hynix chips they don't manufacturer RAM they just but sk hynix chips and assemble into their products.

Just buy sk hynix rams instead or samsung ram

Fake company making looting Indian consumers.

Don't waste your money buying these cheap RAM by simmtronics. They lure customers by their cheap prices and their ram quality is worst. I have exchanged the ram 4 times in 3 years warranty period. You will have to come to nehru place to exchange it.

Service centre is ok service is also good but their products is totally like a wastage i owned a pen drive and like they need replacement every month pen drive stop working every month

According to me it deserves 4.5 out 5. The overall service was perfect. I got the replacement on same day. I got the confirmation from service center before visiting there.
But there were 2 problems, number one -for getting a replacement unit I was requested to visit another building which was Ok. And the second one was for getting the replacement unit I have to wait outside the second office. There was no fan, where I was told to wait in this hot summer.
