We had a delicious meal thanks to Chef Rohit and his team. He explained all the ingredients as we required vegan food. He prepared a special meal for us that was fantastic! The staff were very attentive and kind. We had a lovely time!
The food is just amazing, Chef Rohit is a magician for sure and last but not the least Ms. Khushi was amazing and understands hospitality more than anything. I strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting Delhi.
We have special dietary requirements. Chef Rohit was very attentive in understanding our needs and cooking us the most excellent food - very tasty. Waiting staff were very attentive. Really nice restaurant.
Snacks was good but Had Bad experience with main course food quality & butter chicken was just warmed temperature, naan quality is better in normal restaurants. Especially faluda kulfi is too bad, it’s was like uncooked and Gulab Jamun was normal temperature asked to heat.
Rajnesh organiased this seemless experience for my parents and helped me with creating a magical experience for them on my dad birthday. Thank you team you did a great job
Really hospitable and sweet staff Live sufi music and old style furniture gives a l authentic punjabi and old school vibe. Food is expensive, and quantity is less but its very delicious. People who love authentic Punjabi food should absolutely give this place a try
Start of the festive season, many Hotels are celebrating the Navratras. Majority of Indians keep fast for Navratras and eat only veg, vrat ka Khana for nine days. Generally people eat Potatoes, Paneer, Kuttu Atta, Samak Rice, fruits with Rock Salt. After Sharad, festivities start with Navratras, followed by Dussehra, Deepavali, the best time of the year with pleasant weather and festive mood.
This time we tried this special Veg Vrat Thali at Blooms, Eros Hotel, Nehru Place. Beautifully presented all the dishes as Paneer gravy, Samak Rice, Sabudana Papad, Kuttu ke Atte ki Puri and Pakora, Aloo and Kaddu ki sabzi, Fresh Fruits, Curd, Lassi, Ras Malai as dessert.
Pathetic service, today just dined, they served snacks in 1 hour, manager not receptive called him 3 times, no one listened. Worst experience! Nightmare!
One hell of a place which is an institution in itself. I have never had a bad day at this iconic restaurant ever. Mostly I have attended the food festivals and the latest being the Taseer e hararat which is a unique concept in which the heroes are the ingredients which ate used in winter food. Pistachio, cloves, meats etc
Live counters churning out starters, desserts and even mains are just fabulous. Vegetarian as well as Non vegetarian stuff was just so well curated I couldn't satisfy my senses in one visit. Do try the fried chicken and the Makki roti chicken roll.
A visit to Singh Sahib on Saturday night 15th Sept 2018 was a total disappointment. Firstly the service was really bad, you kept beckoning at the waiters & their response was laid back. The food too left one with a bitter taste in the mouth. The kadhai paneer was loaded with garlic, the mutton seekh rubbery, the bhatti da murg was passable. Prices too high for the kind of food served. Live music. The female singer was good, the male lost in his own sure & taal. Never again will we visit this place again.
Some decades back are elders and ancestors used to eat simple and healthy home cooked food and used to live a very healthy life. Then came the era of processed food, fast food and a sedentary lifestyle which gave birth to unheard kind of lifestyle diseases so again people have become conscious of what to eat and what not. A lot of studies and researches are being done by our Chefs who are constantly innovating and looking for lost recipes and ingredients to give us healthy eating options.
Chef Nikhil Rastogi and his team at #eros #nehruplace worked on Millets (Bajra) which has a whole lot of health benefits, and came with mind blowing dishes, which were really unheard of these days and to our surprise gave us some outstanding starters mains n even desserts with bajra as main ingredients.
First starter was Bajre ki haryali tikki - which had spinach and peas and surprisingly quite tasty with mango and tomato chutneys. Amritsari Bajre ki Macchi came out quite crisp coated with millets. Star dish was Tandoori Bajre ka Murg which had stuffing and coating of bajra which gave it a nice crunch and was too good. Gosht Bajre ka Haleem, Bajre ki Khichdi, Bajra methi puri with aloo bhaji and Bajre ka parantha with stuffing of aloo gobhi and paneer served with white butter were all outstanding and we all can make good use of Bajra in our day today cooking and be healthy.
Bajre ki phirni and Halwa were the sweet dishes to end a very satisfying meal. I am certainly going to use Bajra in our kitchen for more dishes then just Roti. Quite inspired.
Thanks team #eros for making us aware of this wonder ingredients and of course the the warm hospitality!
