Worst experience ever, they have no knowledge about products, they always try to make a huge bill and do not make us understand what we actually need. I have an issue with the battery in my Splender bike. It's been only 18 months and 18 days but they denied and said the warranty has expired. But in the 18month, Two times it is damaged. If the product is not good even their employee says that to purchase amaron battery, not excide. And when it took one week to get a new battery when my battery was in the warranty so why can't they waiver for me 18 days. They are just trying to get a huge bill from the customer. No work for customer satisfaction.
So, I will recommend that please don't go there and go to the local repairing center and get it to take a good repair experience.

Very bad experience of service. The staff is not trained at all. The manager is also not good at behaviour and don't know how to deal the customer.
No hearing to the customer side. The overall behaviour of staff and manager is very bad. Never go for the Singla agency and workshop as well.
I am regretting buying their scooter. Guys never purchase their vehice.

I am visiting for paid service Single hero but very bad service, my bike concern very average low but no air filter clean and no spark plug clean and no both wheel baring gressing, I am not satisfied for service. Service cost very high, does not listen to the customer, Service advisor & technician & floor supervisor

Worst experience, they took 45 minutes for just preparing a job card, without checking the bike they forced me to change the chain set of my new bike.lazy, non cooperative and money minded service centre.

All hero motorbike customer who want their bike in good condition can go to this service station regularly. Good area for all needed things, pollution paper making is also available. Date is just something high as usual

They give very bad service to their customers, I had never felt good to take service from them. Singla is also try to earn from their customers never want to help and solve problems. I didn't satisfied from them.

Very poor service, manager Aamir, did not solve any issue, very rude and improper way of talking, charges big amounts for replacement of parts even in the first month of purchase, and there is no guarantee on new replaced parts too.

It was wonderful experience when I visited this service centre. Staff is very supportive and work very efficiently. They also offer proper Arrangements like rest room and washroom etc for their customers.

Machenic is not professional and also floor incharge is very in professional, there is not resolved vehicle problem. And phone service of the floor disconnected photo attached.
