I am a kidney patient, I went to Safdarjung Hospital, Super Speciality Block to see a doctor at the Nephrology department on 18th Jan 2024 at around 1: 30 PM. There was a security guard from the SIS company. He is with normal muchtash, he is bit dark complex. He is very arrogant, and rude and treats the patients like the patients are animals.
And also a guard at the radiology department was very rude and arrogant.
He abused and argued with me, I am a kidney patient I did not argue with him.
My request to the SIS manager is to train your guard properly. They must be humble and polite. Look, none go to a government hospital to argue with the security guard. We just go to these hospital to get better medical treatment.

Worst experience in handling customers.the allotted staff at Humayun Tomb was so much ridiculous. When I visited today she said "Dikhta ni hai board lage hue hai do do. Andhey ho kya". What does she meant by that Andhey ho? Is the quality of staff and services you guys are providing. Infact giving you guys one star is also a shame! And when it comes about contacting you the number you have dialled is incorrect.
