We were having lots of doubts and complications after conceiving the baby as I was diagnosed as Pre-diabetic and with thyroid problem at the age of 40.

But the steps and the advanced test recommended by Sitaram Hospital especially. Dr. Namrita Sandhu Ma'am helped me to deliver my baby healthy and safely.

I can say without Dr. Namrita Ma'am's advice and guidance it was not possible for me as she cleared all my queries and cared for me like her own family member.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Namrita Sandhu Ma'am, a wonderful surgeon, She was terrific, Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.

Our Patient was admitted here under Dr J Maheshwari with multitrauma and was discharged from much hyped Medanta Gurgaon who tried to fool Attendents and were saying patient may need 3 months of icu, and even tried to seek.concent for ventilator Etc. Good Hospital and Sarita who sits in the reception in the ground floor is very very good to talk and handles work properly. Pathetic and Un professional behaviour from doctor and nursing staff. I have an appointment with Dr @9 am but Dr is not available till 9: 45. And reception staff doesn’t know the status of Dr whether she is coming or not and at what time.

Everyone is busy but they dont care the time for other life. I have an office from 10 am and i am waiting for dr in hospital till 10.

Very unprofessional behaviour of doctor, they think that just because patient is coming wearing normal clothes and basic phone they can't afford treatment in their hospital. They are more concerned about money than treatment, please focus on quality of doctor and conduct a traning session for them on how to behave with their patients.

I am never going back and nor will suggest any of my friends or relatives.

It is commendable that the Doctors and whole staff makes you feel homely and comfortable.

As per my perception, the design, ambience and natural atmosphere in and around hospital are the catalysers to the already well trained staff.

It is one amongst the best.

The hospital has nice aesthetics but nothing else is appreciable. I booked an appointment for 10 am and waited for more than 2 hours to meet the doctor. Upon asking the reason for delay from staff, they told me doctor is busy. And at that point I lost my calm because I had booked an appointment on Monday and still I have to wait for so long. Moreover they are experts in doing blunders. They diagnosed me earlier and told the reports will be ready with the staff but as expected they went back to pathology lab for getting the reports which took another 15 minutes.
The management at this hospital is no better than any other government hospitals.

Dr. J Maheshwari is Nice experience person but in SITARAM BHARTIA HOSPITAL (INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND RESEARCH) counter staff and other assistant staff are doing NON TRANSPARENT practice, they are manage other people’s appointments.

Extremely positive experience. I had a normal delivery, all thanks to the staff at the hospital. Doctors and nurses from various departments took great care of me. They kept visiting me regularly, even at night. Very good meals were provided and hygiene was also taken care of nicely.

I have mixed reviews for the Hospital. My friend suggested this hospital and Dr. Rinku. On my very first visit they asked me to take Birthing Program. I paid them a good amount and took it as Dietitian, Physio and learning workshops were included. I am very disappointed as I am about to complete my second trimester but never got any information/call for the workshop. When I inquired they never gave the proper information.
Worst part so far is dietitian- Her name is Honey. She is the worst part so far. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and I don't see any diet knowledge she do have. It seems she just wants to finish her appointment like anything. Don't have time. She do have a fixed diet which she will give you for all the trimesters. You will be surprised she don't have a weighing scale even to check your weight. So what is she monitoring God Knows. Physio is okay not something out of the world. Doctor don't have much time for you she gives 3-5 mins max. But I have trust in her. May be thankfully I don't need much time. I have trust in her and hospital for the normal delivery for which I choose this hospital. I will suggest don't buy their Birthing Program. It will be a waste.
Forgot to mention Doctor who conduct ultra sounds.can't remember name.she even don't reply to your hello. She don't talk at all. She will not even say this is the hear beat of baby. We are first time parents for God sake, do have some mercy. We are paying our hard earned money. Screen will be in the back side of your head so Mother (the most concerned person) should not see the growing baby.

Delivery: The team did well had normal delivery maybe because first was normal too.
Post delivery: once you are in room o one cares about you. No support from any nursing staff. Left to attendant.
Unnecessary visits from all departments later saw in bill that Physio Appointments that lasted barely 2 mins was charged over 1200 same with others.
They made lot of money and gave me wrong estimate.
Imagine being even charged for babys name card or mask that every doctor was wearing to visit me. 10 staff in a day. 1500
Post payment: No one took the pain to even offer a support to car. Non caring attitude. Not even asked for meals.
Wrong read, Not recommended, way too expensive and non caring attitudeof both staff and doctors. Better Run for other private hospitals

Their feedback email is also bogus because we have sent an email to the CEO of the company as well as to their management which they are least bothered to respond except sending an acknowledgement email that we have acknowledged your complain and will get back to you soon

Worst management. Even if you have prior appointment, the average waiting time is atleast 1-2 hours. Their doctors are always late.

Want to highlight laid back and mismanged ultrasound facility of the hospital.

I got my level II anamoly ultrasound done on 15th June. However, doctor left the hospital without providing final report (they expect to work with provisional report which is shared with doctor). Even after waiting for 4 hrs after ultrasound they asked to visit next day to collect report even after informing that we are visiting from Noida and it would not be possible to come again just to collect report. The answer to this query was to collect report after 1 month when my next appointment is scheduled with doctor.

Also, waiting time for scheduled appointment is beyond any limit.
I would urge operating officer of the hospital and Dr Abhishek Bhartia to kindly look into the laidback attitude of the department so that expecting parents can wisely utilize their time and avoid getting weird answers from ultrasound team for their query.

In 2017 my wife underwent umbilical hernia surgery by Dr. Amarchand Bajaj. The fact that doctors are revered as and placed on the same pedestal as God was proved by the way Dr Bajaj handled our case. He is truly the epitome of a humble and down to earth person. Especially in today's commercialized world which has not spared the honourable profession of medicine, Dr Bajaj truly stands out.

Booked an appointment for 11: 30 for An ultrasound - Pregnancy Level 2 on Saturday 18 June, ultrasound took place only at: 30 then after waiting 30 minutes more we were told we can't get the report as the doctor that took the ultrasound had left for the day, hence we have to come back on Monday just to collect the report again. We also had a appointment for doctor Sabharwal pre- booked at 11: 50 for 1300 rs consultation charge, upon handing over to the patient card to the nurse we were told that doctor Sabharwal will only see patents till 12: 00 as she will be leaving for the day and we will have to consult a junior doctor instead!
So what's the point of booking an appointment then and wasting half you're day and not being able meet the doctor we want to consult and to add to that not even being able to get the ultrasound report!

OVER ALL A VERY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AT SITARAM BHARTI, MAJOR LACK OF COMMUNICATION AMONGST STAFF.

I booked online appointment for 3PM and I reached hospital by 2: 45PM but because of poor management I got a chance to meet doctor at 4: 15PM. They really don't care about the patient time.
If are coming through online appointment spare atleast 2 hours extra.

Services of hospital was very good. Dr. Shravan kedia was helpful and supportive during entire process of surgery.

Rinku Sen Gupta Dhar, doctor of this hospital is not capable to treat and cure the pregnent Ladies. She is simply emphasizing to do cesarian operation in place of normal delivery under no complications. She is doing her medical practice as a business practice. Please beware of this Doctor before its too late. She is such a irresponsible person that she denied to take patient sometimes. She is simply a disaster to this society. She is not taking care of her patients. Please don't go for this Doctor before its too late. Such a Bad gynecologist.

I was unaware that such an amazing hospital even exists. The medical staff, doctors are extremely dedicated. Dr. Rinku Sengupta was my doctor & she was very motivating & it is only because of her advise that i went for a normal delivery inspite of having two fibroids. Previously coming to this hospital i had consulted different doctors & mostly all of them were inclined towards c section delivery, which has many side effects.

Visit for consultation to doctor many times. They give appointment and time slot but never follow it which shows that they give appointment to many people in same slot.you have to wait for 45 mins to hour to get to meet the doctor. Really need to improve on timing of patients. Some doctors are good.
But staff at billing and appointment counter are not up to the mark. They need to improve on how to talk and help patients in more polite and professional way.

I was associated with SRB from the last six months for my wife's delivery program. The overall experience was excellent with the medical staff and doctors. More recently, I had a very bad experience with the billing staff. She made to wait for over 45 min in the queue due to some queries. With the help of her superiors the issue was resolved. But, she asked me to be in the queue again and wait for my turn. Her behavior was so bad, I didn't expect this from SRB's staff.

Doctors are qualified and there are good facilities but the time management in OPD is worst. Even if you have appointment you will have to wait hours before seeing the doctor. Go only if you have whole day to spend there. Expensive too.

Make it hotel or resort. Without proper cure of patient, just discharge off. And adding mutiple times same thing in pharmacy bill. Also shared people's personal details like adress outside.

Thanks to the gynaecology team at sitaram bhartiya to make my vbac experience as a golden milestone achieved by me. The doctors are very experienced and keen to help deliver normally.special thanks to dr. Payal Chaudhary and Dr. Rinku to make my dream of having normal delivery come true.also the nurses in mother and child center are so experienced and helping not less than doulas. Thanks to the whole team and kudos to their amazing dedication towards their jobs.

Very rude and discouraging response by the receptionist. Our appointment was fixed for Tuesday 03rd Aug. However, No one informed us about the change in appointment schedule of the doctors. I called on the Contact No available on internet to confirm the appointment. After requesting the person for appointment, he initially said no appointment was available. Later, he continously put my call on hold. I kept trying on the contact number from 4.45 pm to 5.15 pm on 03rd Aug to take an appointment. Also, no fresh appointment was booked. At this critical stage of pregnancy, such begaviour by staff is really disappointing to the patients and will severely damage the hospital's hard earned reputation in no time. Hope the concerned authorities take note of it.

Hospital was very clean and have different sections for their different departments. Vicinty of the hospital is quite good.

Hi, this is to the concerned team can you guys please stop transferring the coordinators of the doctor.this is the one thing which I used to love about this hospital the kind of attention and comfort we get when we are there or whenever we need help from coordinators. I have been coming to sitaram from five year since then I haven’t seen this.u have transferred Pediatric coordinator first and now I got to know that Priya from gynae team is also getting transferred please it’s a humble request do not do that.they make many things so so easy for us. Please if possible take care of this. I have called priya for my queries and other things regarding doctor then she told me that she’s also getting transferred. Plz do see if anything can be done.

I am taking treatment from Dr. Preeti. I wanted to check some urgent information about the medicines on Sunday. I called the hospital at the Reception and asked to connect me with Dr. Preeti but Reception guy was not co-operative and denied my request then I called Coordinator Priya who helped me a lot. She is very polite and helping person. She connected me with Doctor and resolved my query.

And most importantly I have paid 1.5 lakh for an experiment. They would not able to give proper medical treatment for My patient and charged that much amount. I suggest not to go there plzzz

I got admitted in SBISR on 14th April 2021 with shortness of breath, cough and diagnosed as COVID infection. Dr Sujeet was the one who at the correct time diagnosed that I had COVID infection and there is a need for admission. He gave me hopes that I can get better, when I myself had left all the hopes.
Dr. Mayank is a true team leader. He made sure that all patients of his gets best treatment possible.

Please don't go there they are dacoit. There rooms are 6/6 and full of mosquito and dirt covid patients are with normal patients. They charge huge amounts for everything but service is pathetic. Very poor and poorest hospital. Please don't go there. It is my humble request.

Since 4years I am coming to this hospital.these 3stars are only for previous experience and good consulting doctors.now I am totally disappointed with the service.i lost the trust in hospital management.very poor nursing management.patient has to wait for hours to get attended by nurse.don't know why they are ruining their name which they had earned in several decades.
This review is not only for my personal experience but also for the co-patient suffering and getting panic.

I have associated as patient with this institution for almost more than 17 years. It's very very surprising that appointment staff is very rude. They did not send the link for payment for Dr Hem Lata, cardiologist, since morning when the registration form was sent. Now at 1.40pm when the appointment is at 2.0 pm they are rudely talking and saying you are late and have not made the payment so you will not be able to get the consultation. How can one transfer payment without the link. After lot of follow up and receiving nuisance of staff we got the link only by 2.12 or so when the payment could be transferred. The patient is a Covid patient with low BP for the last 7 days. It's for the management to take up and pull up such staff, they need to be more responsible.

Sitaram Bhartiya Institute is one of the non commercial hospitals with their conscience intact. Be it their doctors, nursing staff or the billing department. One would not find dishonest billing here. Nursing staff is caring and gentle. Doctors spend good amount of time with the patient and do not see them in a hurry. A hospital which would always be recommended.

My vaccination experience at Sitaram Bhartiya was excellent. As always, Sitaram Bhartiya was good by all means. Excellent hospitality, perfect professionalism and clean and neat surroundings. This is a model hospital, where you feel at home. This testimony is also based on my past 12 years experience.

The Covid 19 vaccination management in Sitaram Bhartiya is very impressive. Everything went off very smoothly. I came in at about 9.15 am and the jab was administered at 9.50. More importantly the staff including the nurses are extremely courteous. I didn't have to make additional queries, everything was explained accordingly. Would advise all to get their jab in Sitaram Bhartiya.

Thank you to the whole team of Sitaram Bhartai, I'm here after my surgery of pilonidal sinus. The whole team was very supportive. You can have here.well educated and experienced Doctors, caring nurses, and polite management team. I can definitely say that here you will be in safe and healing hands.

This hospital is only interested in making money. Even if they are not able to diagnose the problem with the patient, they will not inform you and keep the patient in the hospital and increase the patient's bill. Senior doctors like in the cardio, pulmonary, chest department are also only interested in making money, not in treating the patient. They will not share the reports with you even if they are not able to treat the patient, and the family wants to take the patient to another hospital for treatment. My father was admitted for pulmonary issue. They tried and tested everything but could not treat him even after keeping him for 10 days (including ICU) due to lack of capabilities of doctors and staff. During this time they made us exhaust our insurance amount and made us pay above that as well.

Good hospital for maternity and associated aspects. You can visit the hospital and all services are available in the hospital. They have a great team of doctors and offer quality service. Location wise also it is conveniently located for myself. I feel that it is a bit costly in terms of billing.

Waste of Money, 2 times wasted my hardly earn money without any solution, Whenever visited only prescription for various type of lab tests, after all taste doctor got nothing then suggest to visit another doctor, even doctor didnt cure a simple urine infection, forcefully finding stone with various type of lab tests, finely left hospital and get good treatment from local clinic

It's good. But you have to wait a lot. Even I have booked an appointment, I have to wait for 3 hours. There is no proper queue, Doctor can call anyone. I suggest if you have plenty of time then you should visit here only.

Pro's: -
1) Sitaram Bhartia is a good Hospital located at good location with Parking available.
2) The Hospital Doesn't look corporate and has cozy feel to it.
3) Hospital is clean and hygienic
4) The Doctors and Admin staff is extremely humble.
5) The best part of this hospital is that it prefers husbands to be in Labour room, it truly is life changing moment and it also helps to build the bond even stronger with your partner, it helps you to respect your partner even more after seeing her in Labour.
6) The best thing about this hospital is the Mid wife in the Labour room, they are a great help and particularly for us Amrit was a great great help.

Cons: -
1) After your Labour is complete and you are shifted into the room, Doctors morning and evening IPD visits are charged as OPD visits, even though doctor hardly stays for the 1 min in the room andyou are charged heavily for this.
2) These Consultations are similar for Pediatric, Gynecologist, lactation expert.
3) As the package Baby Charges should have been included in Labour and Delivery, While as these charges are excluded.
4) If the Patient is admitted or baby is born at midnight, you have no choice and you end up paying minimum for 8 hours in any case.
5) The Hospital IPD rates and Labour and Delivery prices, NICU for baby should have been included in the package.

The doctors are amazing.really supportive and encouraging. The nurses in labour room are trained equivalent to doctors. They conduct workshops with birth parners for labour and deliver, post natal care and baby care. These are highly useful and motivating. They also help you prepare for the challenges that you may face. Their policy of skin to skin touch is exceptional and lactation department is excellent. The doctors and staff patiently teach how to latch and feed the baby. Dr. Swati is most down to earth and insightful gynaecologist. Overall a reliable place to deliver. Excellent gynaecology and physiotherapy team. Have been under guidance from Dr. VL Bhargava, Dr. Swati Sinha and Dr. Poonam Mehrotra during my entire pregnancy and post pregnancy. My son got delivered here and has been under guidance from another excellent doctor Abhishek Chatterjee for pediatrics. While I found the doctors to be excellent, I found the front desk and support staff also to be wonderful and always helpful.
I however would like to emphasize that the support teams like lactation and diet consultants have a definitive scope for improvement.
Overall I would recommend Sitaram Bhartia for delivery and gynaecology related consultations.

Went to the Orthopedics OPD for a diagnosis of what appeared to be a strained finger muscle or nerve. The concerned doctor that day was casual, cursory, almost rude and appeared unsympathetic and uninterested. I had reasonably ok experiences on previous visits to other departments like Physio therapy and urology. This completely negated all positive thoughts. I will never go back there.

If you want to select a hospital for your child birth, I highly recommend Sitaram Bhartia, through out 9 months of my wife's pregnancy, the hospital staff and Dr. Swati (Gynae) was available to us any time needed. My wife had a normal delivery, which was only possible because of the Gynae department and nurses available in labor room. The staff is very very sweet and not greedy at all. I have never been so satisfied with a hospital ever before. I strongly recommend you to visit Sitaram Bhartia once if you are looking for the best hospital for child birth.

Just a little suggestion, we took the mini suite. And I think the suite just needs some renovation.

I am have here to have my baby delivered, but i have very different feedbacks compared to all. Doc is fine however management in this hospital does not know what they are doing. There is no token system, no proper sequence. I was thinking to have delivery here now but i think i have to rethink whether to go for this hospital or not.
