This is a one stop shop for all your stationary items. I visited here with my brother and I was amazed to see the collection of each and every item, before visiting their I didn't knew that there is alot of items stationary consists off. One have a lot of options to choose from that sometime you also get confuse. Staff here is also very good. Overall can say that this a stationary mart.

Though it's a very well stocked shop for stationery and art products. But before paying for the expensive products one needs to check even if the packet is sealed. We bought a pack of fine pens. Faber-Castell and at home we when we checked one of them was not working. The owner after due process agreed to change the one which was not working. The lady at the billing has issues and started commenting about.how the pen broke etc.which is highly unprofessional and unpleasant for a paying customer. Hope the people owning the place take notice and train the staff accordingly.

It feels good to see dedicated stores keeping art and craft supplies in India. What I like is about these stores is number of employees. Sitaram mostly keeps expensive art supplies, they should also arrange for affordable art supplies and promote indigenous products, I like their watercolor papers and their own brushes, wish they come up with more such supplies, eg palette, pans, art chemical, list is huge.

The place despite having almost all the things you would want to use and still the experience in whole is very disappointing. Today isn't the first or only time I've been to stationery, everytime I go the staff is always very unwelcoming. It almost feels like they're rude and not helpful. You're not allowed to go here or touch certain things like how is one supposed to buy material if you don't let them browse. Some staff members straight treat you like you are there to steal. I get security reasons and all but I have never been to a store and felt anxious while buying or browsing for material.

Horrible customer service, the staff is rude and impolite. Even though the products were great tge staff was horrible. They actually pulled the chair from under my mom right as she was about to sit on it. Horrible experience would rate less then 1 stars if possible

Too much costly.but you can take discounts on branded item that is good for this shop.on ₹50 we get ₹5 discount
But if you belong to lower or middle class family then go chandi chowk market (nayi sadak) chep and best.

I have been trying to find a good place in Delhi to buy good quality art supplies, and bang, I found SitaRam. They have a great selection of international brands of paint, tools, paper etc. I was pleasantly surprised that they also sell paper from Awagami in Japan. I highly recommend this place.

A stationery store that has everything for everyone. This store is 'big'. They favor expensive brands and might not have inexpensive ones. They are centric on artists and there aren't any books, and very few notebooks or diaries.
The staff is helpful and they know their job really well. All in all it's a really good stationery store. Whatever it is that you want to buy, you'd most probably get it here.

This is the ultimate stationery store. One can find any stationery stuff here! It is a paradise for artists! All sort of Indian and imported stuff is available here. The variety of colors I saw here is unseen anywhere else. The staff is very knowledgeable and the owner is super humble. On top of this, there is is 10-20% discount on almost all stuff. Charges are high, even if they claim they are giving discounts. Sometimes you get the same material at cheaper rate online. And of course you get it cheaper in Nai Sarak, Chawri Bazaar. They are also pushing their own brand (SITARAM) in certain category of canvasses, Paper, brushes etc, which are not at par in quality.

A shop with good to better collection of stationary for art n craft. However, the biggest sore point is price quoted for its items. Most of its items have two type of cost - one if you are asking for a legitimate Bill of purchase or/paying by card/electronic mode AND another if payment is by cash. The price different between two mode is more than 20-35%. The man with a hat on Billing counter have a peculiar confidence for stating its pricing philosophy. Most of its items are with so called "Discount". The cost of quite a few of its items are cheaper in online sites. Anyway, shop seems to cater more to Nuevo rich clientele rather than the common public of India. However, due to its large floor area filled with various types of items required by Professional Artist, shop is continuing to operate from a prime location. The parking place near the shop is very limited. Carry enough cash and check price of desired items from online sites, before entering Sitaram.

An amazing place for artists, architects, engineers (civil in particular) and whosoever like practicing art and crafts. This shop provides almost all kinds of paper/sheets/canvases of various dimensions as well as other materials i.e. Pencils, colours, stationary items etc.

The staff is polite and handle customers very patiently. The shop is located in the Lajpat Nagar Central Market premises and can be reached by rickshaws, autos, cabs and/or personal vehicles as parking is available nearby. Also, you can visit it for window shopping as it's a place quite beautiful for a visual pleasure.

The stationary is known for art and craft essentials. It is easily to get to. Nearest metro station is Lajpat Nagar. The shop was spacious, indeed. The staff was also helpful. Two stars for that.

Now comes the part which was a stain on Sitaram's fame. They actually sell products at MRP! Astonishing isn't it!? I didn't really expected this. No wonder they make good profits. May be because it is the biggest art and craft seller in Delhi. A classic example of monopoly!
