Its a place for the Aspirant's (Sadhaks) to follow karma, Raja, Bhakti and Jnana yoga.

Best Place to do Sivananda Yoga. Teachers are well trained & very polite and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Hi,
I learnt here now important Yoga is for mind, body, and soul. Learning Yoga includes knowing the correct postures, understanding chakras, meaning of Prana, and much more. It is perfect place for that learning. I have been associated with them since 4 months. Abeba is an excellent teacher. Weight loss program helped me. The location of center is away from traffic. The aura of the center is calming and serene.
