This is a nice hotel. And its service is very good. There is a pool on the 8th floor which is great. Very nice view from above.

Nice rooms and staff is very helpful, and it's swimming pool area is main attraction of the hotel.
It's safe to stay with family and friends.

Large rooms, very good food! They nicely and patiently give attention to the, requirements and problems raised by the guests and customers. Corona related policies are followed carefully by the employees.

Ok but need repairs in washroom hotel looks cool from outside but its old and unfurnished from inside.

Worst Food. Worst service.no management at all.please don't waste your precious money in SK premium park.

Great food and staff. Banqueting options are also nice. Rooms are good and spacious. Centrally located.

A great place with such tremendous support from a wonderfully courteous staff, helped us finalize three day events bookings all at one place. Awaiting eagerly for the D Day. The food we tasted was just out of the world. Thanks to the staff and management for such sublime experience.

We celebrated our baby's Naming Ceremony there. The banquet is beautiful and the Manager of the Hotel Amit Arora is very cooperative.
Food was Ok. In fact, we paid them after the celebration and they did not create any fuss for the payment unlike other banquets and hotels. We are considering to book again for a wedding if they promise to improve quality of food and decoration of property.

We recommend this property for celebration of events.

Toilet leaks on floor, shower head doesnt work and have to use hand one, water temp was only just hot enough for a shower, room safe doesn't work and the place smells of citronella oil.

Do not book this hotel, it should be a 5star hotel but it’s treating the customers bad. They don’t deserve 5stars.
We booked a night here, the driver paid 6000Rs for two nights. When we arrived the gave to room with separate bed away so I had to wait at least one hour for an other room (double bed, not what I booked). I ordered room service and after one hour I contacted them again that there was still no food. The had a shift change and forgot to tell the new shift (no problem can happen). They couldn’t make the food we ordered. Eventually I got some food.
The next day the asked for cleaning the room, that was not necessary. They offered to bring new towels and water, and I replayed yes please. When we came back at night there were no new towels, now water and the room service plates ware still on the table. We brought them to the restaurant ourselves.
We ordered dinner and there was human hair in it.
When we wanted to check out the wouldn’t let us. Apparently there was a driver that didn’t pay the last time. So I called our driver to come in.
When I wanted to use the toilet I asked where to find it. They explained me that I booked a tour with a fraud company and that we couldn’t leave. So I said to him: I asked for the toilet. When I came back in the lobby the took my luggage away, but not to the car. So my mom came in and told the manager you can’t take the luggage without saying. I was trusting you to leave it here. Then he told her not to make a scene and raised his voice (almost shouted). None of us made a scene, but when you treat us like this we will also raise our voice. After several times asking for my luggage the menagerie still would not respond to that question.
I walked to the counter and told them to tell me where my luggage was and he showed me. I could finally put it in the car. Still we can’t leave, the person of the tour company just arrived to solve this all.
They told us that we are respected customers and they treat the customers like that but they really don’t.
After 1.5 hours we wanted to check out they came and apologize for taking my luggage (not well meant but oke). We finally could leave.

Not very welcome, bad customer service, poor housekeeping, very noisey place. After a long tired day not a pleasant place to stay. If you are non smoker stay away from this place; rooms and corridors smells cigarette.

Had a bad experience with SK premium.
Lack hospitality. Initially one of the staff shared a package/ rates and later when the time came for us to make the payment, we were ensuring if everything which was told to us will be the same. But suddenly they backed out and said whoever told you about the packages we don't care. You will have to pay extra and all. We were like are they crazy or out of their mind.
Hence posting it just to let everyone know please document things with them they can back off from the offerings they promised earlier

So I have been there for almost 6 times and had a great time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Also loved the rooms as it was clean and spacious.

Worst experience. This facility is given a rating of 4 star and if I was the regulator I wouldn't give even 1 star. Really pathetic. In my first experience the first day it was a rainy day and the reception was leaking with rain water. And the staffs made me wait for more than 25 min and dint have the courtesy to ask me to get a seat.
They have a refrigerator which doesn't work. Their restrooms are the worst I have ever seen. They have a pool on roof top which is filled with rat excretion. So pls guys. Find an other place instead of making this facility owner rich. And the gym was broken with whatever they had. If they call it gym equipments.weired.

We had a family wedding and booked the hotel second time with same regards. It’s an above average hotel with good services. We also had our Sangeet in its banquet hall which was organized well. It’s a well budgeted hotel to host your party and guests.

Food is not so good. Service is also lacking. We were offered noodles with spoon in a recent function we attended there. The waiters kept on saying that fork are coming. Function ended but forks didn't come.

It is a great experience. Ambience is good. Management is good.
Food is good. Top of all loo and bathrooms do not at soind foul.

I checkedin today at 9pm and since then the worst experience ever I could have what will happen tomorrow no idea.

Dirty room, unhygienic washrooms, cigarette smell In rooms, in decent customer in restaurant but no action by your staff, poor service and rotten tomato in salad, 10 times to ask any thing and no one even asked a glass of water during checkin or till half the food was over,   I had to literally ask the sup/captain if you are able to give me food or not.  

The worst experience I had which i will be sharing to many many more bloggers and SM.

They  not running a hotel for family so need to stop families taking this hotel.

They've cockroaches in the room and the safe deposit. The bathrooms are very poorly maintained in the rooms. The staff is very laid back and not too considerate.
The room is good. Food buffet is fine.

Amazing venue for any kind of celebration, rooms were very good and the service was great. Food options, preparations and serving was good. Roof top pool was very nice for kids.

I had an awesome experience at SK Premium. Staff is very friendly and polite, they provide good service. Their rooms are well maintained and fodd quality is also fantastic.

This hotel is a OK OK hotel for a short stay in Delhi or good for business trip need lot of repair work which is pending from last 4-5 years I suppose but again good location with decent rooms are good for short stay breakfast is also decent

I attended a family function on the first floor hall, it was spacious and catering and other services were good.

Went here for a wedding. The banquet halls are alright. The staff is usually clueless about anything you ask them. But the rooms are unexpectedly above average.

Poor is not the word. They are worst! Fraudsters! They charge wrong bills and loot customers. Hygiene is not good either. Speaking of staff.no words! They are a bunch of incompetent and untrained people who have no manners of handling customers. Rude and looteras!

Nice place. Owners let us stay here for free as we are good friends. But its actually a really nice place. Genuinely liked it

Hotel is getting old. Should take care of bathroom fittings, paint work and other basic things associated with 4 star tag.

Guests staying there can be noisy. Happened both the times with me.

I will rate 3 out of 5. But we dont have many in this area nearby.

Nice location, hotel was good specially the room which had all the necessary day to day objects like blow dryer, iron, etc. Food could be little better.

Good rooms for the price, location is okay but Delhi doesn't offer a lot of good location so it's understandable, room service is good!

SK premium is a good place to party or hold any function must be located inside the Chrome is also good people start the food quality is really good working is also good in front of the hotel nicely located for West Delhi people it's a blessing food is ok you cannot call it very super but yes it is above good you can say that good place to enjoy good have good nice menu good selection managers of good parking behind the hospital hotel is also very good nice place to be

We stayed two days on fourth floor room 406 407 and 408. The rooms were not the greatest standard. We found rooms being not maintained properly and room 408 big glass window double glazing glass was broken which creat huge moisture in the room. The room bed sheets and pillow covers were not very cleaned. We have to request the change of bed sheets. The towels are not the greatest and found stain marks on them. Be careful with the loose heavy glass on round table it did fell on my friend foot and luckily did not break. The management did not see that an issue!? The location is fine and staff were very attentive but let down by the hotel rooms. The breakfast was good and reasonably ok. The hotel suggest 4 stars but we would say about 3 star standards.
