Very slow service.for 15 minutes work first service of my new scooty they waste my 5 hours. PPL can avoid if service from outside don't impact the engine warranty.
They are very slow at their work and also take so much of time for repairing your vehicle and the executive over there doesn't even attends the phone call till 2 to 3 days
Timing mentioned is 8 am where as staff for noting job card is not available till 9 am. What is the fun to mention timing of 8 am if ur staff is not available. Time is the most precious thing & u people are wasting 1 hr of many people by mentioning wrong timing or because of casual attitude of ur staff & manager. It is really pathetic.
Worst service center. Most pathetic. Illiterate staff, less experienced, don’t know how to check 2 wheeler and what do. Irresponsible each n every person. They have hired those illiterate mechanic who haven’t any work experience or how to talk. They just do brake tight n oil greecing in scoty and will give it back to you! No washing facility as well there. Don’t go there. But i will suggest change the staff their. Manager should be qualified enough.
I recently went there for my tvs raider 125s first service, and believe this place is not professional at all, they weren't even doing things that were supposed to do, i was promised for all the problems getting done, but no solutions were done to the vehicle, plus trust me you can do better washing of vehicle at home than at there service centre, if you want to waste your money do visit here
Ok service centre but staff is not eager to serve. You ask someone for any work he refer you to another person, another person refer you to another and this goes on. They should not let the customer run one after another. Not very pleasant experience.
Worst Management. They don't have information whether their staff is available or not. They will make you wait n wait. I reached the service centre for PUC. The employee was not available and also they don't have any information of him. I waited for more than 3 hours but not got any positive revert from them
Customer launge is like railway station every employee will come here to drink water and sitting over there and mechanics behaviour is very rude no sense how to talk with customer bad experience
One of the worst experience with SK tvs. Atleast 5-6 times I called there but no one picked a call. And their insurance depart is also worst. Itna ghatiya kam mene aaj tak kisi service center me nahi dekha h. Itne un professional h yha k staff. 1.6 hafte ho gye h scotty diye huye claim pe but abhi tak process tak start nhi huya h. Even insurance wala staff phone uthane ko raazi nhi h. Call karo msg karo no response. Please agr aap apne kaam ko seriously lete h to resolve my problem and escalate this issue with you high authorities.
Great Manager, staff and engineers. Lack of efficiency control. Trust building facilities to be added on. Improvement in process of Inspecting vehicles. Customers satisfaction to be of high levels.
One of the best service center in west Delhi. As I am getting my bike serviced only from there. All the technicians and service manager is very much knowledgeable. They exactly knows what customer want from them. 100 % satisfied
Don’t go this service center, They are unprofessional and make people fool. I don't know why TVS company don't take any action on such service centers.
In direct way in thing I shared with you buy parts from here and take service from outside. It will economical for your pocket. Because here machenic charge is too high. If your service is free than don't go outside.
No value of customer. Had to wait for more than half an hour which is when I have called them half hour back that I need booking for service. Need to make efforts on improving this.

3 rd class sk tvs workshop Very poor quality maintenance workshop repair my scooty june 2020 bill rs 8068/ danting painting quality is zero not match the simple red colour we r complaint many times for scooty handle suddenly tight but tvs mechanic mr NAWAZIS & Mr amit (Supervisor) not serious about this it's dangerous for me it caused may be accident my scooty no is DL4S CP1655
Don't even think of coming here worst place They work Carelessly. Irresponsible. Rude staff. Adviser will tell you do this & that please be sure before agreeing with him They will tell you that it could lead to a huge problem but don't agree with them double those issues from any other mechanic. Today on 1st September i visited here again & seriously trust me this is the worst service centre I have ever seen in my life. First day I bout my Ntorq they has it has a problem or wheel balancing & next time my brother bought they said the same now it's 3rd service of our 3rd ntorq & they are claiming it has same issue or wheel balancing. They are sitting here to waist your money
Fast servicing facility available here. Dry wash is been done here, there is a restroom upstairs where you can wait till you get your vehicle serviced. Nice faculty.
Staff (especially accidental in charge muskeh) does not know how to behave at all.they speak with very attitude also they did not listen to my complaint.and I disagree with my previous rating.sk tvs matiala is not good
My bike had a serious issue and engine was constantly shutting down.the mechanic here are very skilled and corrected the issue with priority in no time
Good service centre.opens at 8: 00am but main working starts at 8: 30am. Kind of a hub so lots of vehicles are always here for repair. It better to reach early to get the turn. Once your number has come it typically takes 45min to 1hr for service to complete depending on complexity of problem. In case the problem is too complex which is rarest of cases then they might ask you to leave vehicle there for repair and give you a suitable date of delivery.
As they said that fork allignment of my vehicle was done last time but there was the problem of bearings in front wheel of my vehicle DL8SAH7600 and they had charged 1003.00 rs for fork allignment and there was no sign of fork allignment found in my vehicle
Wrost service center I have seen in my life he don't care about coustomer satisfaction he only care about how to make money I have just seen 1 person new scooty came for service and scooty is only 150 km driven but they forced to coustomer change the engine oil without any checking of engine oil they just make money their no coustomer satisfaction no value of time they service one normal scooty in more than 2 hrs wrost service center I have seen poor service quality
1) There is a possibility that they will not change your vehicle engine oil 2) All of the mechanics are not skilled enough to handle problems other than your normal problems while having service 3) they dont provide invoice for most of the times 4) They took so much time for service 5) service centre is so much suffocated because its in an industrial area. 6) I always had a bad time there
When there is crowd they compromise with quality service. You have no option but to go there to have genuine parts and standard service. Not entirely happy. You have to keep a watch. Else they will push not recommended products. Not all mechanics are fully trained. Staff is non bother type. You need luck to get the unsupervised quality service. Can't rely completely. Washing is sub standard. They don't value others time. Despite prior appointments you have to wait. On feedback they will ask you to give 10 out of 10 and promise you good service next time. And they continue with same practices. Observing for past 5 years.
Making fool to customers by adding some engine technical terms like service head shaft and etc.which is not recommended by user manual don't serviced ur scooter at SK TVS SERVICE CENTER
It would be better to get service from local mechanic, they are not professional. TVS sport advertisement shows TVS gives 90km/pr ltr mileage but guys would you believe i waited for 4 and final service but still i have been getting 20-30km/pr ltr mileage. When I hadn't done any service with them, at that time i was getting good pick up and good mileage around 55-60km/pr ltr but they did something wrong with my bike and now mileage has reduced. I might now onwards will get service from local mechanic.
Very poor management. Of u do not enquire multiple times they are not even bother about ur service. Mechanics are also not good. They r busy in taking with each other rather than their work. Service managers are busy in manipulating you unnecessary costly services to increase your bill. Overall very poor experience. Won't recommend to anyone. One servicing will take one full day.
Poor waiting lounge. Toilet no one would dare enter in to. Too noisy due to close proximity of people stripping old automobiles. Decent service though.
