Extremely poor service. I called them on 24/11/2023 at 12 PM. They said appointment would be given after one week and if I want appointment for 25/11/2023 I must visit physically at 9 in the morning and visit the doctor again at allotted time, may be after 4-6 hours. I live 15 KM away. Their response is quite irrational and irresponsible. They could have given appointment on phone also. May be they are having too many patients.
Visit them only if you live nearby.

The medicine in the efective and it causes allergy and there is not any improvement by these medicines just The acne is increasing soo he is just making money nothing else

They took 2-3 hour (waiting) with appointment and doctor also rude behaviour and speak loud like illiterate person.he said they work 24 hour.so.he is not doing charity he is taking his fee.bad clinic.i suggest don't go

Staff is also very co-operative. Negative reviews are by those frustrated competitors who want to malign the image of this clinic. Dr Virender is a Nice Human being. Very honest as well. Fully satisfied. Nice result. I had White spot disease, he cured it very shortly and very cheaply as well. God bless him doctors

If you're suffering from any skin, hair, and nail related diseases you should visit here once. Nice doctor and staff.

He is very caring and soft spoken. The way he talks is half of the cure for your problem. Sometimes patients start fighting for appointments time, they should have some patience. Because it takes time to see each patients.

If you hv a facial hair issue and u r female then plz don't go this place.visit some other better clinic. 2years lasers treatment ke baad bhi mujhe koi result nahi mile 10% bhi.ye bs yhi boelge aap wait kriye aapki inner body ke koi test nahi krvae.inko knowledge nahi h pcod ya females facial hairs.then they told me madam new machine aai ab aapk hairs chle jaaege.but no results then maine yha se treatment chor diya.loss of money to be honest

I went here for my hairfall treatment. In 1st month i got very few results but after 2nd appointment and the medication provided by the doctor work like an elixir for my hairs. Now its time for my 3rd appointment in some days. Negative is that you have to wait for a long period of time to meet doctor even after reaching on time.bcoz of crowd at the clinic. And doctor won't offer you much time to consult your problem properly to him.

First time I came here and came to know that you have to take an appointment before coming here, that too at least a week before without an appointment you will have to wait a long time

Unprofessional staff, Just wasting time & not providing appointments. Such poor facility. Better to look for some other dermatologist.

Best clinic in Delhi, superb services. Great clinical acumen. Nice communication skills. Waiting time is more, but it's worth waiting. It's a 5 star clinic.

Skin specialist Dr Virendra Singh good doctor skin anybody problem solve 2 and 3 month I am so happy and good staff.

No result. Funny part is, even doctor advised to consult some other hair specialist after 5 months’ treatment. Shows how confident they are about their treatment and medicines. We don’t recommend this clinic to any patient or someone who needs solution for hair treatment

Great doctor. Best services. Cheapest rates. Great clinical skills. Dr Virender is very soft spoken, down to earth, simple and a very nice human being. He is always spot on diagnosis and gives to the point treatment without unnecessary tests. He never asks his patients to do unnecessary visits

Worst customer care, zero sense of dealing with patients, no time reschedule even for a hour, waiting list for about 3-4 hours that's not how you deal with us

It's the worst clinic I've ever seen before all the staff members are very rude and they always delay the appointment and they never talk in a great manner they are the worst I've ever seen before
