Worst experince with them-they commited to come made fool whole day end of the day neither taking calls nor replying.so I'll responsible unprofessional staff.will never reccomed this firm.request them not to waste others time if they cannot deliver the service

Huge disappointment. These people are big liars and the service offered by them is not at all satisfactory. I had ordered sofa and matress cleaning, and face so much disappointment. My puffies and matress are still so dirty.

Extremely bad experience - unprofessional staff, did not wash floor until requested, did not dry the car, caused fungus
When complained, they said they will resend the staff to undo the damage caused - the staff never showed up even after waiting and following up for two days

Pretty impressed with their services. Service assistant on the phone knew exactly what she was talking and replied to my queries in a knowledgeable manner. Time was fixed for 2.30pm and the service team was at home bang on time. The 2 boys worked hard and diligently for the next 2 hours. Work was good.

Worst experience ever. The guy who came for cleaning has broke the gear lock and hasn’t even informed. The company is not even paying compensation. Urbanclap is far better.

Third class service, they don't have proper equipments to clean the sofa. My sofa is looking worsened then prior. Calling them from past 4 days to clean it again. But no response. Totally waste of money.
