ŠKODA Service Centre

Worst service centre of Skoda. Instead of fixing things they destroyed it more. You will get three different statements from three different people for the same issue.

Waste of time. Pathetic and useless staff.

Highly disappointed with their service. Have been visiting them since last one year. Initially they will win your trust in first few instances. After a while giving them high ratings on their repeated requests you start to feel their actual face.
I have sent my vehicle for bodyshop work to remove some scratches due to one minor accident, body shop work was fine but voila they have done something with my engine. My car which was otherwise giving highway mileage of around 20 kmpl and city mileage of around 13-14 kmpl since last one year approx.has suddenly started giving mileage of around 9-10 kmpl in city and 14-15 kmpl on highway. I have again sent my car for the same complaint but to no effect. They serviced my car and did some oxygen sensor replacement. It hardly worked fine for 1-2 days and again started giving the same trouble. I think there mechanic are all fraud making knowingly troubles with your car then charging for the same. Fraudulent business practices surely. I was expecting that my car will perform better after first year of service but due these frauds it ended up performing worse than it was before. Which is again a business opportunity for them. Stay away from this service centre if want peace of mind.

Extremely expensive. Adds few more ‘ defects ‘ to inflate Bill - be very wary of sending the car to them fir either service or out of warranty repairs

Decent staff members.though services are little slow.hands are experienced.one of the best service centers for Skoda in NCR.

Very slow. Most of the front desk staff is just Plan Lost and have probably never worked at a service centre or dealership before. The Waiting Area/Customer Lounge doesn't have a working air conditioner. There isn't a shortage of staff, but a serious shortage of management skills.
Skoda makes great cars but THEIR AFTER SALES IS A JOKE. Their should probably depute their staff at Maruti and get a lesson in how to handle customers better.

Until then AVOID buying Skoda vehicles if you don't want to spend 3-4 hours every year in waiting at a skoda service centre.

Nice staff and services. I went there with my friend.they have a nicely clean lounge for customers.

Like the interaction with the staff Nd other members, place was clean Nd secure during this quarantine. Thanks for you service.
