Exceptional. I took their service for transporting items from Delhi to Trivandrum. Everything from packaging to delivery was top notch and before time.

Edit: I am writing this a bit late, about 6 months later, but they lost one of my boxes with food in it (thank goodness it was only food items). The truck had to be on hold a night, when I checked the truck it was empty so it must mean the the driver, or someone either threw the box or took it with them. It was not a shared truck so I doubt it got mixed up as it was all loaded in front of me.

I have used the services of Sky Pakckers a few times and every time they do better than before. I again used them recently for an NCR movement. The staff is competent, punctual, brought all the necessary materials and tools, packed it very well and unpacked it at destination. They even cleaned up all the trash after unpacking. I have no hesitation to recommend them.

They provided packing and unpacking services both. They themselves uninstalled the wardrobes which saved my time and last minute hassle. I had recently shifted from Karnal to Gurgaon through Sky Packers and Movers.

The movers had professional attitude. They arrived early to pack & ship the items, considering the distance and the 5pm limit to move the items in the society and had invested extra efforts on their end to make it a successful transition. The workers were hard working and helped me in all sorts of ways. For the items that could not be moved from the elevator, they moved them from stairs and charged additional fees accordingly.

They gave me a good deal on the quote as well.

All my furniture was well protected and was delivered in as is condition except a small dent on my fridge.

Overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend using their services.

I have booked truck on 14.12.22 for 25th December, but I cancel the booking on 20.12.22, yet company said 10 % amount katenge from booking amount, while I have not taken insurance services.

I recently used their service for moving from Delhi to Surat, Gujarat. While the loading experience in Delhi was seamless and hasslefree, the unloading experience in Surat was terrible. Their delivery agent was willing to only drop the numerous cartons right on the doorstep and not inside the house. When we called the reception to get an explaination, the reception guy named Mr Ashwini was not only uninformed but also started giving lame excuses and not of sny help. Nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that the cartons will be delivered only on the doorstep and not actually inside the house. We have used numerous packers and movers and have never previously faced this issue on unloading. I would not recommend their service, since the cartons will only be delivered right outside the house at the door and not actually inside the house like other packers and movers and all the heavy lifting of moving the cartons into the house will be done by the customer. Thank you Skypackers for the terrible experience.

Edit: After the incorrect response from the owner, I also sharing the quote provided to me by this Organisation. Nowhere is it mentioned that the cartons will be dropped right outside the apartment and not inside one. Not providing the required service is called deceit and thuggery on behalf of the service provider, not carelessness on part of the customer.

I recently had to move to Pune from Delhi. Finding the right packers and movers was a hectic task. Since most of the positive and negative reviews one finds on the vendors business is not reliable. But based on the price offered and the professional response of sky packers, I decided to go with them. I was apprehensive in the beginning. This is the first time I was availing their services. In the past I used to only use APML. Their packing was impeccable. APML never packed my bicycle even after telling them to do, they would make some excuse. But the staff from sky packers packed my bicycle securely, without me asking them to do so. All my stuff reached in perfect condition within 4-5 days. Thank you for your wonderful service!

I want to shift from east delhi to greater noida. They provide service for 2 days one day for packaging and one for loading. Labour was professional and work smoothly. They keep all the things carefully. Satisfied and good team work.

Reliable service, there are many competitive prices available for M&P but this one was value for money. Mr. Ashwin and Ms. Raavi coordinated well to avoid any last moment inconvenience. The service was timely and delivered without any inconveniences nor any hidden charges.

I used their services to move our Household goods from Delhi to West Bengal in Oct 2021. I was delighted at all the steps by the team. I was given a detailed quote over a video call. Since I was short on time, this process saved a lot of time for me as other companies generally do in a physical visit that take 1-2 days time. The quote was super detailed with no hidden charges. Their team arrived before the commitment time, the team was not only very well coordinated, they were very polite throughout. As a result, packing was superb. (Photos added).
The team- mr. Agrawal accomodated my ask of storing the items for a few extra days for very nominal charges despite diwali rush of packages.

The Sky packers team are very efficient. The support system is very strong. The process they follow is the best. Miss Raavi Gupta manage everything efficiently and utmost satisfaction and very concerned person. I strongly recommend this organization for the service.

Even after conducting a survey of the pickup location and house one week ahead of scheduled transfer date, was called and told a day before that they cannot undertake the assignment. On trying to understand the reason call is transferred to 'Sir'/ 'Boss' for unpleasant argumentation. Even though had categorically explained to him that
i) security deposit for society entrance will be borne by me (mail was also exchanged between us on same),
ii) will speak to/manage with my society on their condition of keeping driver's license till exiting the society
iii) being flexible with how they want to plan the timings for loading/transportation to avoid any traffic rules violation.
'Sir' kept repeating the above points to try to justify the cancelation. Entry timings/traffic rules were not created a day before my planned transfer date, they were there on survey date as well. One would expect someone in transportation business to be aware of traffic rules/entry timings etc.so they may communicate timely (on survey date) to customer in case they cannot offer their service rather than wait for last minute. Finally, had to cancel the booking, request refund of advance already paid to them and ended up paying a higher amount to another agency due to short notice.

They are a team of professionals, Miss Raavi Gupta and Mr karan were very polite and cooperative, they humbly answered our queries any time. I had shifted my household items from gurgaon to assam, delivered it within a week time without any damage. Well done. I had also book my car with them, delivered on 12.10.21 in 10 days. Delivered with no issues. Thanks to the team for care and timely delivery of my goods.

The whole experience with sky was upto the mark, right from getting a quote to their planning and execution of moving the place was both professional and smooth. Miss Ravi was really helpful and coordinated the whole process really well.
