We are lucky the skycut c24 we bought from this company om trading in India is working fine. BUT do not buy Heat Transfer Vinyl from this company, they are real thugs, they will send you all the old/bad stuffs once they receive the payment. We ordered for 50K and all of the HTV are real bad, no adhesive on the backing sheet, cut pieces inside the rolls stuck with tape, zero stretch of so called PU HTV, after heatpress the transfer becomes like plastic on fabric. Call them they will not solve issues, they will give you all excuses, false promises, email them they will not respond. We have emailed, WhatsApp, called all vain. Our main contact is Harsh and Deepak Gupta and both bounces the customer between them. Finally we have filed a complain with Director General of Foreign Trade of India regarding very poor quality PU HTV. Hope we will get some justice.
