Extremely bad coffee. Cold coffee is pathetic and poor quality! I bought their classic cold coffee and it has no taste, not even tastes like coffee. McDonalds serves better coffee!

They say coffee is made with milk and little sugar but it is actually made with lots of water, little milk and sugar. I wasted my money on Hazelnut and Vanilla flavors and it actually tasted like "Zehar". It seems their coffe recipe was designed by a toddler. But with this I have learnt a good lesson and that is to always make your own coffee, really disappointed with this brand.

The premium instant coffee and hot brew are one of my favourites! It's read good coffee indeed!

Truly amazing Coffee. Have been drinking their cold brew since 2020 and now the french vanilla instant coffee is a must try. Always fully stacked up on that! Must try

In case you face any hassle or have any feedback, please drop a mail to their customer service right away instead of going bonkers on the internet. They will take care of you and make sure your needs are met 200%

Their products are damn good; their merchandise has its own fan base. So, go ahead and try them one by one.
Gotta give it to them - the CX as a whole is on a different level altogether - could become a case study easily (must be already there I believe)

Had a really bad experience. Too much roasted essence in the coffee beans. Could have ordered something else

Drink plain water instead. Worst coffee ever.water + thinner. No coffee taste. Stomach pain after drinking this coffee. You can smell thinner/ petrol. Bad experience.

I didnt receive my package. It was supposed to come by expressed. The person called atleast 5-8 times telling me he will come n delivered. However he didn't and then my product was shown as delivered.

Sleepy Owl is probably the best coffee i have had in my life. The hot as well as the cold brews are just perfection. Every type and every flavour available is a must try.

I got chance to try one of their hot coffee packet and I am very satisfied with the taste of the coffee.

Now I see the other reviews and I realize that I'm not the only one. Feeling cheated

VERY WORST COMPANY. PATHETIC SERVICE THAT DO NOT EVEN REPLY TO THE QUERIES RAISED TO THEIR CUSTOMER HELPLINE. FILED CONSUMER CASE UNDER INDIAN PENAL ACT 420 FOR CHEATING AND FRAUD AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

Yesterday had bottled sweet cold coffee, it was ok, didn't meetup the hype; being lactose intolerant it was another problem for me.

Ordered a Cred Pack on 17th of September 2019. Still no sign of it as of 23rd October 2019. Customer service is not responsive either. Seems like a terrible decision on my part placing this order now.

I have placed an order but did not received yet they have share some person number in thier site that never put up.fraud

Placed a couple of online orders sponsored by cred. It's been 3 weeks now and there is no order update yet.
They don't reply to the emails neither they respond to the phone calls.

Looks like this is one of the companies most impacted by the slowdown.

Worst ever service. No update on delivery for an order placed a month back. Have kept messaging them on Facebook as the email address on their website doesn't exist. I feel sorry for such pathetic companies' existence.

Ordered the cred special pack offer of sleepy owl. Since Sept 22nd there hasn't been any update in the status of the order. I was communicated that it takes about 10 days to get the order ready but now it's almost 20 days and I don't see an update. Lost 50000 cred coins on a company like this which has no ethics of serving the customers.

I tried classic Cold Brew Coffee in bottle packing and find it real body fuel. It's pure and healthy. Also impressed by the packing. Taste will tell you that it's different from normal routine coffee. It's contains coffee, milk and sugar only. Try it for a new experience of coffee. Coffee lovers it's for you.

Tasting the Arabiaca Coffee, the world's most renowned coffee has always been a dream for every coffee lover. Unfortunately, India doesn't have a supply of that coffee at all. But they just brought you the best and freshly brewed coffee all the way from around the world. The aroma of freshly grinded beans when the pack is opened is just rejuvenating. A feeling of heaven for every coffee lover here in India. Although the brewing of the coffee takes a hell lot of time. But the wait is worth it. Something that would just heighten your senses. Yet impressively calming your mind at same time. Love Starts when there is a coffee like that.:) :)
