Ms Ritu Jha - kind attention- staying in a very cultural colony and selling Bengali exquisite stuff - one expects more from a local shop.

Very good service, this is the good place for Bengali sarees and accessories

I have been visiting this store since 5 to 6 years or more than that. The collection is good enough if you are thriving for typical Bengali sarees though some silk sarees are over priced. But this review is basically for the staff who interacts with the customers. The two sales executives (a lady & a boy) are arrogant and does not have the minimum sense of dealing/greeting any customer. I have always thought of expressing this view before but recently when I visited this store for an exchange the attitude of the male executive was really awful. He was not even interested answering me or showing me the sarees properly. I myself picked up some dupatta and got this billed while he was casually roaming around. He does not have the minimum sense of customer service. This is my sincere request to the owner to look into this matter seriously as it can have an adverse effect on sales in future.
